Quikrete 1 Qt. Concrete Crack Seal is used for repairing cracks in concrete driveways, patios and sidewalks. The crack seal can be applied directly from the bottle and is gray in color to blend with the natural color of concrete. It is perfect for horizontal concrete cracks up to 1/2 in. width.

Highly Recommend!!
Great price, easy to use and you’ll save a lot of money with this quick fix. It allows you to be proactive as oppose to reactive with different things around the house.

Applied to a driveway.
Easy to use, fills cracks nicely. I cleaned the cracks with a small wire brush..and for areas deeper than 1/2" ..filled in with some elastimeric sand before applying the quikrete.
I used a flat plastic spackling tool to push the quikrete down into the cracks and level.
My driveway concrete is slightly tan, not great. So, I used tan elastimeric sand..and sprinkled on top the quikrete...blends in very well.

Not the one
I had high hopes for this product. It fills cracks fine, but it doesn't level off well. You have to do a lot of wiping and careful, careful pouring. It also looks nothing like standard concrete. It has a blue-greyish tint to it. Not great.

The worst I ever used.
I bought this product and I had very extremely very bad results. it is preferable to buy chewing gum and apply it to your project. Here I leave you some photos and a video.

Quikrete, Concrete Crack Sealant
This product "Quikrete" could be the answer to filling a long thin driveway crack, not. It looked good filling the crack. Came out easy and covered the issue. Unfortunately product never self leveled with high and low areas over the crack. After several months the product opened up and now I have the same problem as before. Did not meet my expectations.

This stuff says "GRAY" on the bottle..... it's practically white! Followed directions precisely, Shook it for 1/2 hour before applying. We figured it would cure and darken up?... what a mess! Now we gotta paint it?

Easy? Yes. Quality? Not so much.
I have never sealed cracks or seams before, but after watching videos and reading quite a bit, it looked easy enough. The associate at the store saw me with three different bottle and reading the labels intently and approached me to help. After talking about my application needs, he recommended this stuff based on his personal positive experience. The key feature he appreciated most was the ease of application and the self leveling aspect. And he was spot on there, this stuff is easy as can be to apply and levels beautifully.
I used backer rod whenever there was a visible crack at the bottom of my driveway seams, but only used sand if it was intact but deeper than the depth the product recommended. I worked in the evening on Saturday after the sun went behind my house, so I only got two bottles applied on the front of my driveway. The next afternoon after getting back from errands, my wife & I inspected the seams to see how it was looking. Needless to say I am very disappointed. In less than 24 hours, most of the seams are cracked just from drying. We didn't have a cold snap come from out of nowhere nor did we have rain. So now I am going to have to remove the 2 bottles of sealant I applied and start over. Not very happy and I definitely would not recommend using this for anything other than hairline crack.

On Shelf Too Long?
Directions said to shake the bottle vigorously but no amount of time was specified. I shook the bottle for a good 5 minutes and felt the bottle was ready for usage. The directions on the bottle do not explain to remove the seal inside the nozzle or that the nozzle needs to be cut to allow a dispensing hole. When ready to squeeze the bottle, there was only grey liquid. I shook the bottle again and again without proper consistency of the sealant through the nozzle. I cut off the nozzle wider and there was some improvement with extreme squeezing. Then, the nozzle came off. I had to continue my repair job by scooping out the sealant. The crack is now filled and dry but there are definitely patches that are rougher than would I would like. Perhaps, the bottle sat on the store shelf too long and the solid components of the sealer was stuck to the bottle and would not mix.

However, I used this for a 2 car garage floor, to fill in cracks and gaps... I used over 5 qts.!
It does suggest using sand to fill in, but I had no idea how far the cracks went down, so I didn't use the sand, because each crack was different, the depth was deeper in some areas vs. others.
I had to continue to pour in areas where it didn't fill in, and ended up using quite a bit.
I suggest using the sand, have it on hand just in case.
I wish it was cheaper considering the cost of each qt. is around $10
