Product Overview
RainGuard Brick Sealer is a penetrating water repellent that dries down to a clear, invisible finish. It has a non-yellowing, low odor, zero VOC, and non-toxic formula, making it safe for people, pets, and plants. It is formulated to not be affected by weathering, salt, dirt, freezing temperatures, UV light, and wind-driven rain, among many other damaging elements. Brick Sealer dries down to a clear, invisible finish that does not change the surface texture or color. Ideal for use on uncoated/unpainted, vertical/horizontal, interior/exterior concrete surfaces such as: brick floors, walkways, chimneys, walls, patios, garden fences, brick oven exteriors, and any other porous brick surfaces.
- Deep penetrating 100% breathable water repellent for vertical and horizontal, interior and exterior, brick surfaces
- Does not alter surface appearance - leaves no surface film, no sheen, and will not yellow
- Covers up to 150 sq. ft. / gallon depending on surface porosity
- At least 2 flood coats are needed - additional coats may be needed depending on surface porosity or if applying with a roller
- Protection not affected by weathering or UV light
- Excellent mold and mildew inhibitor stops growth dead in its tracks
- Protects bricks against wind driven rain
- Simple one day application - apply second coat when first coat is dry to the touch
- At 75°F Brick Sealer is dry to the touch and can accept light foot traffic at 1 hour and heavy foot traffic/tire traffic in 8 hours
- Fully cures (visually beads water) in as few as 5-7 days at 75°F
- Apply in cold weather down to 40°F (4.4°C)
- Easy clean-up with soap and water
- Protects surface for up to 5 years
