Cleaner/Prep is the best surface cleaner for use prior to applying our sealers or staining projects. It has a citrus-based eco-friendly formula that upholds our 3P standard of being safe for People, Pets and Plants. Simply pour contents of Cleaner/Prep into a 1 gal. bucket and add water, mixing lightly. Make sure to scrub any areas with stains or mildew. Let Cleaner/Prep sit for approximately 2-3 minutes and then rinse away with a garden hose or hand pump garden sprayer filled with clean water. Cleaner/Prep will rinse away without leaving behind any residue or film. Make sure surface is completely bone dry before applying any Premium Sealer. If applying to a painted surface, make sure to rinse thoroughly after cleaning.
  • Easy clean up, simply use clean water to rinse away any excess product
  • Works great as a deck wash

      A:  This product prevents efflorescence stains. They nee to be cleaned with vinegar and water - then apply this product to make sure the efflorescence does not re-occur.
