Can't buy parts. Buyer beware!
I purchased 6 RDI Endurance Original Vinyl Stair Rail Kits (Model# 73019104) for my deck stairs. During the installation of the 1st rail kit, I incorrectly cut the top vinyl rail. Like any average consumer, I went to the Home Depot website thinking I could buy a replacement rail. No luck on the Home Depot website. After 15 minutes of unsuccessful searching of the internet for an RDI Endurance top rail, I emailed the manufacturer (Barrette Outdoor Living), inquiring about purchasing a single top viny rail. Barrette Outdoor Living responded, "Unfortunately, our Endurance rail only comes in a kit, meaning the top rail is not sold separately." The Endurance Original Railing is the cornerstone of the RDI product line, as stated on the RDI website. The thought of having to spend a few hundred dollars on a new rail kit when all that is required is a part worth about $50 is ridiculous, in my opinion. I'm currently researching another brand of stair rail kits and will return all 6 RDI Endurance Original Railing kits to Home Depot within a few days.

I had original ordered the 6' set, but when the...
I had original ordered the 6' set, but when the real world took over and I needed railings that were 6" longer, I had to return the 6' set and purchase the 8' set. I was taken aback that the 8' set costs 4 times what the 6' set did, but the 8' set has aluminum rails inside both upper & lower rails.
