A:  Hello Tommy, Thank you for your inquiry about our products. The Beater Bar Vacuum Accessory and Carpet and Hard Floor Nozzle Accessory are both great in carpet and floor cleaning. The Beater Bar Vacuum Accessory has wiper blade that helps direct airflow. On the other hand, the Carpet and Hard Floor Nozzle Accessory comes with adjustment mechanism featured on the head of the attachment allowing for the ideal height for both carpet or hard surface floor cleaning. It also comes with large wheels that help maneuver and change directions when cleaning. Lastly, both accessories fits vacuums with a 2-1/2" or 1-1/4" diameter hose. Having said that, you will need the 1 – 7/8” to 1 – ¼” reducer from the VT1755 adapter kit to be able to use them with WD4080 vacuum hose.       A:  Hello Frank, Thanks for your inquiry about our product. Yes, it will fit the WD4070. The orange hose of the VT2534 will fit directly into the suction port of the vac. Note that the accessories in the kit will only work with the orange hose. If you need to use them with the original hose of the vac, a separate adapter will be required.         Hose cap is threaded, will screw back on
        Almost didn’t but because of people claiming those house broke first time they used it. Same happened to me but if you look at the black connection inside it is threaded…You just screw it back on! Wish I bought this kit forever ago…I take my dog to the beach all the time…this is amazing addition to my regular Rigid shop vac

          Used once and the end of the hose came off.
          Everything would be fine if the hose would last longer than one car cleaning session. Quality is disappointing.

            Very good, better than I thought it would be - but a little bit pricey.
            I bought this just for the hose because the hose that comes with the bucket head shop vac was too stiff and too short to vacuum my office which is why I bought it. After using this set, I have to say that the attachments, which I thought I already had covered, were actually very good and came in very useful for cleaning bathroom overhead vent cover, floor fans, dusting tops of shelves, getting into corners, doing the blinds, behind computers, etc. The hose is a little ungainly but that's because okay as it is made very well and if I need to shorten it, I can get out the hacksaw, a box cutter, big scissors, etc. Only complaint I "had" is it seemed a bit pricey given that I only wanted the hose for my "cheap" bucket head shop vac. After using the attachments, I think it's an okay price. Total expense for everything though is a bit over the top though because when compared to my 14-gallon and 25-gallon shop vacs (in the shop) and all their hoses (50' total) and attachments, this ended up being just as expensive if not more considering it is on a 5-gallon hobodepot bucket after all. It fits and goes where the others (even the house vacuums) just can't. Great for quick spill cleanups in the kitchen too.

            The hose broke off 3 min later first use
            Well, it happened to me too, the hose broke off 3 minutes into the very first use. I tried to figure how to screw it back with no luck. Then went on to write 1 star review getting ready to return the kit back to the store, but then read the comments of CS that the hose is removable and just needs to be screwed counterclockwise. Would be nice to have a sticker on top of each box stating how to fix this problem if this happens since it’s a well known issue.

The VT2534 follows the same design as our professional grade hose which the ends are removable and yes, in order to fix the issue you just need to twist if counterclockwise to screw it back onto the main body of the hose. You to twist it at least 10 times for a tight fit, in order for it not to be removed easily.               Did not come in original box
              Unit just came in a shipping box and inside definitely does not look like it is new. There were usage marks and just all over. This was sold as new and they sent a returned/used one? Going to return. This was suppose to be a gift to my parents

                The hose broke off the connector.
                The hose broke off the connector after using it twice. My original hose that came with my ridgid vacuum has lasted over 4 years. However, this hose did not meet my expectations.

                  Hose won’t work with regular attachments
                  This 1-7/8 hose comes with a permanently fixed 1-1/4 adapter on one end. Then the box includes a 1-7/8 to 1-1/4 adapter as well which is useless since there is one built into the end of the hose. This makes it useless as a full time replacement hose for your vac and youd have to have a second hose for your regular attachments. Which makes it a bad purchase and a money grab

The hose is designed to be used to fit the accessory that is included packaging since it is sold as a kit. It is an additional kit for the vacuum that is why a 2 1/2" to 1 1/4" adapter is included with the kit in order for you to use the accessories to a 2 1/2" diameter hose. Also, it include a hose to hose connector in order for you to use the hose of the kit to connect to a 2 1/2" hose. If the kit is not that one you prefer you may return the kit to the store where you have purchased within 90 days from the time you have purchased it.                     Works great with Milwaukee 18 shop vac
                    You just need to unscrew the end of the Milwaukee hose, then it works great! Very happy!

                      Hose snapped off while cleaning
                      This was purchased for 53% off, and the reason why it was on sale became apparent on its first use--the end of the hose snapped right off.
