Wow, you really need to state what you are going to use to pick it up. Are you driving a VW or a Cadillac Escalade and call that your car. In actual cars there is a very wide range of sizes in actual cars. So to be fair you need to state what car you are using.

This bad boy will cut the rocks you line your driveway with. Up to 4 inches thick and over 30 inches long. So I did one of the rocks in my flower bed. No probs. Then did a 400 SQ foot bedroom bathroom and closet combo with 6 x 34 inch tiles. Not a problem. Then did a 3 bath house 18x18 tiles. Saw did great accurate cuts.

must have-
we are doing an install of 16000 lbs of 1 3/4" Egyptian marble- with 2" dark brown marble inlays- after watching my guys struggle with 2- 7" tile saws- including my smaller rigid- i bought this guy and a very good diamond blade- now while it is still slower than i like- it is incredibly accurate and can accommodate very large cuts..... they are cutting all the inlays at 1 7/8th and every cut is perfect! This type of tool sends a message to everyone involved with the project- that accuracy & detail is important. This saw is very well designed so it doesn't throw off a lot of water- has ridges built into the water pan that catch sediment before it can work its way through the system to the pump filter and can handle very large stone with ease! if you have experience working with other tile saws you will appreciate this one even more-

Just bought it today there were $28 in missing lugs and safty clips i know because i had a second trip to home depot! Looks like its a grate tile machine i do side jobs and for the new wood looking tile its ok the machine can cut 34” long im goong to use it for tile 36” not much of a difrence so it should get the job done to be ownest there is not a machine out there that gots it all i just got it because life time agrement the kolbalt at lows is the only one that can cut 36” but im not sure about the cuality ridgid is not the best but not the worst in my opinion so if youre not planing on doing alot of long tile jobs the 8” tile machine can do it for most people and lol be ready to take a second tripe to home depot lol i cant belive someting so expensive didnt come complet but well im not taking it back i took 3 hours to set up would of took les if i had the right lugs and safety pins but whatever home depot gots them if you dont want to wait to get in contack with ridgid!

This thing is awesome. The only negative is after you use it a couple times the wheels on the sliding table top kinda stick from the tile dust and sludge. Allowing you to feel the rotation of the wheels and cathing/stop as you do slow cuts. But works great if you oil up every time after use. I Strongly recomend this product. Easy to set up and move around.

Would i recommend this product? you get the black and white yes or no clicks. Yes, i would recommend the product with some caveats. I am a 30+ yr veteran of the flooring industry. I have seen and used almost every type of saw out there. from 200 dollars to 3000.. I ended up using this saw to complete a job, 1 1/4" marble pavers on a Versailles pattern. My primary machine of the last 10 yrs had an issue that could not be quickly remedied so i purchased this one in a pinch. For it's price point vs. style of saw puts it on the cheaper side. It's definitely not without it's problems for that cheaper price, as others have said the slide system is jerky at best and worse as slurry buildup goes on during the day. The blade that comes with it is average as well. nothing to write home about but is not as bad a blade as some others lead you to believe. I would say they are not properly conditioning the blade every 50-100 cuts like they are supposed to. Again, have used blades of varying costs. 40 to 120 for 10 inch blades and it performed about middle of the road but you have to condition it routinely as with all other blades to get the best performance from them. The motor... a little on the weaker side from what i was expecting. torque is a bit weak for doing any stone paver work but would probably be plenty for thinner materials. The double slide for the material platform is a vast improvement over the old single style. if the rollers were not sub par it would be a huge plus for the ability to do 36" rips instead of a meh. The location of the water pump is about stupid. I think i understand why they did it... but they could have done it differently and had the same result without making it single person setup unfriendly. Since one of the biggest pluses for this machine is that it's very single person user friendly. The stand, the weight, the design for water retention and component storage is superb. It has a lot of desirable features like plunge cutting and the weight/setup. some are pulled off very well, others may leave something to be desired. For a true professional, it's a decent backup saw or one you pull out when you have a production job and need more saws on site. The Dewalt costs a little more and is frankly in some areas a better saw. as a back up this one is not bad for the price. But for a primary machine, you cannot beat Raimondi Gladiator 130 For the Handyman / occasional tile layer it's a good inexpensive, small storage footprint machine that will get the job done without breaking the bank. including the Lifetime warranty and it's pretty much a no brainer. For the DIY'er and homeowner. it might be a little more than you need. The 7" one is probably more than you could want in the same design for less money.
