Doesn't fit most 2-1/2" Rigid vacs
What a bummer! What you get is not what is spec'ed out. Over the years I have bought 4 different 2-1/2" hoses. All fit fine on my 3 different Rigid vac's. It was time to buy another so I checked the spec's, confirmed it was a 2-1/2" hose bought it, waited 12 days to get it, opened the box and found 4 connectors in the box. All 4 were only 2-1/4". Sad to say a 2-1/4" hose does NOT fit in a 2-1/2" hole. The gap is so large I can fit 3 pencils in the gap. See pictures below. Time to do a return

enhanced vacuum
Built a combe vac and chip collector. Combined with new hose for triple play. Only missed 5 star since i could not find a connector to temp join 2 hoses so i could match with my cnc vac system. Phone support helped but could not find 2.25 diameter connector

Checks all the boxes.
16 gal, mainly because of the shape, they roll better and have a good capacity. But in addition to those requirements, I looked for a 20' cord, and locking hose connections - check. A couple of bonus items, The ON/OFF switch is well positioned - right where your thumb hits it when grabbing the handle. Finally, there is a nice clamp to help hold the hose in place when not in use. The vac has good suction and is not too loud. Includes a nice set of hoses and attachements.

Dont buy this style!
Needed a vaccum because mine broke, bout this one. Its terrible, has the motor as the blower. I should have bought the one without the blower. This design is crap. My Dewalt was 100x better. Cant wait til this breaks so i can but a vaccum that works. Dont but this style.

Why are the wheels so small?
I like that the hose is strong enough to pull the vacuum however the wheels are so small that they can't even roll over their own cord. Also the lid has two clasps but they only work in one position so you have to put it on the same way every time. It would be nice if they designed it so it doesn't matter which way you put the top on.

Will have to return
2nd time using vacuum on small house project and the on off switch will not keep vacuum off. I have to unplug otherwise it turns on by itself.

Malfunction and fire inside electric motor
Product almost burned down my atelier and house. The product stopped working after a small fire. I turned it off, waited for it to cool down and disassemble the product. I thought it was wood dust that might have come into contact with some poorly insulated connection, but that is not what happened. I am product designer and mechanic engineer. That vaccum should be removed from the shelves. As shown in the photos, the axis of rotation comes into contact with the plastic support of the coil, probably assembly error, or poor design, and create friction ,in the worst case, as in my case, it burns the paper that insulates the coil from the metal casing.

DOESN'T FIT - Plain and Simple
Stop posting call customer service. You market this as fitting ALL Rigid Shop vacs and it simply DOES NOT! Why do I have to make an other trip due to your incompetence? Time is money and you have wasted my time so you owe me money. Measurements are wrong, statement that it fits all Rigid Vacs are wrong. Flat out lies.
DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
