The purchase button has an option that clearly says, with Battery AND Charger. Guess what? The fine print in the description says "charger not included". So another $39.00 for a charger that has to be shipped. I used a friend's inflator and decided to order one. Planned on using it this weekend, but can't because the charger is not included. So I can recommend the product based on using my friends. Worked well. I assume mine will as well. But I have to wait for a charger to arrive to try it.

    Ridgid Inflator
I ordered online and had it shipped to the store. I am very happy with the purchase. I have used both 18v batteries and the 12v DC car adapter and both methods work well. The cord for 12 volt is long enough to do both tires on one side of my full sized truck. Manual and automatic shut off work well. The only complaint I have is that the compressor can be loud, but what tankless isn't. I have a slow leak from the valve and lose 2 lbs a week. It has come in handy when I need to add air away from home. It will pay for itself not having to use gas station air. Not to mention who even has change anymore since covid. I might get one for my wife's car the next time they're available.

Excellent inflator, waited a long time in Canada!
Great little device. It's a little noisy but it does what it says. The dial in a PSI auto feature is awesome; and fairly accurate. This works well with even the 2amp batteries, and includes a 12v DC to plug into your vehicle, just in case. The quick release chuck is nice too, saves the annoyance of trying to thread a small valve. This thing beats the crappy analog gauge ones that you have to fight a cord both unravelling and winding up each time. Lifetime service agreement to boot. It's been super useful on all my vehicles so far, and even dust some light dusting.

    Ridgid Digital Inflator Tool
I think this is a fantastic purchase for anyone who already owns Ridgid tools. I say this because it does not come with a battery. Its a good value as it is now, but Home Depot would sell many more if they included a battery with a solid Ridgid storage box, not a flexible bag, for those that want to keep one in their vehicle; otherwise paying $60 for a battery plus this tool will be a bit expensive for people only using the 18 volt tool for only one purpose. I tested it on 3 cars, inflated all 12 tires and one spare tire to test the unit out. I used a 2 Ah battery and was able to fill all the tires to the recommended Psi from 32 psi to 40 psi. The lowest tire was only at 15 psi and took a bit longer to fill but the good news was this Ridgid air pressure pump was able to fill all the tires on 3 cars with just the one battery i had brought out with me for testing purposes. After filling 13 tires with air, my 2 Ah battery still had 1 bar left. The tool is a life saver for anyone that has a low tire and doesnt want to risk driving to a gas staton or auto repair shop just for “air” and waste time and money doing so. Your best way of ordering is ordeing one omline and having it mailed directly to you. Much easier than driving to the store, trying to find one and deal with the covid situation we are in right now.

      Perfect daily commute buddy
So I bought this and have had it for roughly two weeks. I've put air in 8 tires and topped mine off. works well, the hose does get warm/hot to the touch when being used so dont let kids touch it. I plan on buying a 9hr rigid battery soly for this inflator and my 1/2 rigid studdy impact to change tires is necessary. I commute and road trip often so I like having this in my truck. it works as it was designed too. my only Cons for this device is I wish there was a way to charge the battery by 12v outlet even if it's a slow charge. second. the built in gauge seems to be off by 5psi. now it is cold here in florida, a nice 52 degrees outside so that might be a contributing factor. also my valve stems were always a little difficult when it came time to put air in my tires with an actual air compressor so it might just be that I need new valve stems which I do plan on getting. the first time I used the inflator it was a lot warmer and the PSI was off by 1 when airing up my mother and fathers truck/car. so again, it could be weather/my tire stems. I highly recommend this little guy, the reason I didnt give it 5 stars is only because I wish there were a way to charge a battery through the Inflator for us people who are hundreds or thousands of miles over the road and dont have space/inverters in our vehicles. aside from that I am very happy with my purchase and happy with the performance of the Inflator thus far.

You need to run it about 10 lb over when you're filling the air and then when you let off the trigger it will back down to the actual pressure that's in the tire. The adapter that you thread on to the valve stem is a little tricky. Definitely a little noisy. It works pretty good and it doesn't chew up the battery from what noticed.

With a family of 5 there is always something needing inflating; bike tires, floaties, sport balls, my ego. Having a simple to use, portable, rechargeable inflator is very convenient. A few weeks ago I went on a bike ride with my kids and my tires were flat. I dialed the psi to the correct value and just clicked the trigger. Bam, tire inflated in seconds. The only complaint is that the nozzle is sometimes difficult to seat correctly on the valve stem.

This is an awesome handheld mini compressor that is long overdue to be made. It has an automatic pressure mode and a manual pressure mode. It’s very light weight and very easy to use. It can be run on the regular 18v rechargeable batteries that your tools run on. It also comes with a cigarette lighter plug that can get used instead of the battery. It does not come with a battery. The air hose is about 20 inches long and has a very easy to use quick connect air connector. It comes with a needle for inflating balls and a nozzle to inflate tubes and mattresses. This is a definite must have.

This is a very easy to use hand held inflator device. It comes with the standard nozzle for bike and car tires on the hose. It also comes with three adapter nozzles for other types of items that need inflating with air. This unit does not come with the Rigid battery or charger. That is separate. But it does come with an automotive power supply that can be used with your vehicle 12v power port that is in most new cars and can be used in older cars where it fits (cigarette lighter). This is true for our home. I have a 2008 car that it did not fit in the lighter. But I have a 2013 car that does not have a lighter -- instead it has a 12V power port and it worked perfectly. With the 11 foot card, it reaches every tire too. Great for road trips...especially the long ones that have few towns in between traveling hundreds of miles. While I would say you will need two hands on most air fill ups, the clasping/grabbing nozzle on the tip of the hose is exceptionally helpful because if you have it fit on just right, it locks into place so that you can squeeze the handle and watch the PSI build on the dial. That too is a good feature. It takes an initial reading of the PSI and then as you fill things with air, it will also give you the exact PSI pressure. So if you need something 32psi, you know exactly when 32psi is achieved to stop! The back-lighting on the dial is a little light during the daytime, but is very readable. It comes with a lifetime service agreement.

It isn’t a full size compressor replacement, but it is certainly convenient. I used it on my bicycle tires and while it quickly inflated them (the presta adapter worked well) I could not trust the reading on the gauge. They do mention that it may not be reliable when used on sports balls. Add bicycle tires to the list. I also used it on my truck’s tires. It brought them up the pound or two they were low in under 30 seconds each. The auto set function was easy to set and worked accurately. It probably set all four tires more accurately than using my compressor and gauge since it automatically cut off when it hit the preset PSI. I will note that it states that it will get hot and will cycle off offer 5 minutes of continuous use. I hope it does as described because after topping off my 4 tires, it was too hot to hold the hose where it attaches to the body of the inflator. It sat on its own without issue while filling the tires. It is well balanced with a battery attached. I did all of my testing with a battery. It worked quite well and will serve as an excellent, compact tool to keep with me when on the road. I posted pictures with the dimensions. The display is easy to read in the sun or shade, even without my readers.
