18V Brushless Cordless 1/4 in. 3-Speed STEALTH FORCE Impact Driver (Tool Only)

This is my go to, does everything drill. Amazing torque and quite, no need for ear protection. I've even dropped it from 2 stories onto concrete and still running like a champ. I'm sad to see the new line of Ridgid tools looking so cheep now. No rubber padding etc.

Great wonderful tool with fantastic warranty. I have purchased alot of the Ridged tools and I am loving them. Used this tool ,my Ridged cordless saw, and my ridged cordless 18 volt drill to build this deck this past weekend. Thank you Home Depot for these wonderful tools.

It's true, this impact is MUCH less noisy than an impact with mechanical hammers in it, and has plenty of power to do the job. I have been using it outdoors on my property for fence, deck, and other projects. No worries about annoying the neighbors with loud impact noises. I highly recommend.

This drill is very quiet and strong but a little on the heavy side. I ve only had this drill about a week ut very happy overall with my purchase.

all i can Say is WOW, this driver is quit, there is no comparison to anything out on the market. I'm a true Ridgid fan all of my tools are Ridgid, so i decided to buy this to see if its true on how quiet it is and just as powerful as any other tool like it. IT IS, i bought it because my customers would complain that when building a deck on there house i would wake up the whole neighborhood. Well i no longer get those complaints, i would recommend this baby to everyone. I LOVE IT

I already had the Ridgid Impact but I had an indoor project where I would be working evenings (while the kids were asleep) and I needed to drive 100's of screws. I heard that this impact was quiet, but it was amazing how little noise this unit makes while still producing a ton of power. My wife was impressed as well as the regular impacts are her least favorite tool. The Pulse technology drives screws way more efficiently and quickly than any impact I know of. Well done!

This product is awesome. Just a regular DIYer who just bought a house with a fence that needed help. I could have used a drill driver, but thought I would give one of these a try. This is beastly without any of the drawbacks of a traditional impact driver. Not sure if its down on power as I have never used the Gen 5x tool, but compared to what I am used to--this was stunningly better. Its really no contest. This thing is quieter (really!), faster and easier to handle than the compact hammer drill for driving. Its got a lot of power and no clutch so the drill still gets used for making holes and where finishing counts, but otherwise this thing wins. And unlike a regular impact driver, I can use it and not worry about my ears ringing like I just went to an Avenged Sevenfold concert. No concerns with battery life either. This is an amazing product (and class of products) and makes we want to buy the Milwaukee Surge just to compare. I wont. I think. P.S. I have a few tools on the Ridgid cordless ecosystem now (driver, drill, saw, sander, vacuum, router, etc.) and i have hit the LSA issue a couple times where one product on the receipt will go through but the others wont. I don't have a working printer at home. Email them a copy of your receipt, the serial of the product that did register, and the ones that didn't. They might be able to help you out with no hassle.

This drill is amazing! My daughter and were using another "drill" to help put up our 30'x72' greenhouse and had extreme difficulties getting the screws into the brackets & wood. The guys gave us a "light weight girls drill" thinking we could handle it better. No power! I bought this one and it made our job SO much easier. It was like putting screws into butter instead of rocks! This made things so much easier!!! Awesome drill. Even my 2 year old granddaughter picked it up (just have driver bit) to hear the noise and be like mommy, auntie and grandma. If a 2 yr old can hold it, so can you. Ladies.... don't think you have to have the "girly" tools that are lightweight. Go for the POWER tools and get the job done faster. Spend a little more.... it will save you much more in the long run,

Well, not totally silent, but when compared to other drivers of lesser power and quality, this baby whispers. Had mine for about four months now and used it for everything from framing to fencing and decking- she hasn't let me down yet. More power than most other impact drivers on the market. Three speeds to give finesse when required but a real punch for harder spots. The drill is a bit heavy, but that can be accredited to the quality of what lies beneath its durable skin. All three of my Gen5x tools are wonderful tools, but this driver is my favorite. Those few folks I have trusted to use it always express their envy. I recommend this to anyone for any impact job: from private home to roofing. Oh, and the LSA isn't hard to get. Just follow their directions and all will go swimmingly. Ridgid has raised the bar with this one.

I just got mine yesterday and used it for the first time today and it's the bomb plenty of power and torque, led light will light up the area nicely while you work. My only problem was the weight of the impact drill.
