You list the max "breakaway" torque, but what is the max "tightening" torque? Many impact wrenches have less tightening torque, than breakaway torque.
Torque test channel on YouTube did a test and the biggest measurement was 266 ft-lbs in reverse on a left hand thread bolt

I'm not sure if this answers your question but I purchased the 3/8 version so I could step up to a half inch or step down to a 1/4 inch if I needed to with adapters.

Yes it can. Think of the battery as the gas tank of your car. Doesn?t matter if you have a 10 gallon tank (2.0Ah) or a 20 gallon tank (4.0Ah) the power is the same only you won?t drive or power the tool as long.
