Wow! Not sure but our attachment works with most wet dry shop vacuums by stopping the exhaust from blowing dirt and debris across a room as you clean. We attach easily to the vacuums blower port and work instantly. Give us a try and you will not believe the difference our patented attachment. It also acts as a external HEPA filter.
The sealed pressure rating relates to suction and not blowing force. You must assume that the vacuum is equivalent to the blowing Force. The VacuVortex when attached to the blower port does not affect the suction or the seal pressure rating. The VacuVortex is designed to attenuate the turbulence from the blower port. It also outperforms anything else on the market.
No tools needed. The filter is a one piece unit. To remove, turn shop vac lid upside down and pull the filter off. To replace push new filter onto the nipple until you feel it “snap” into place. Having said that I have often cleaned my filter with a blower used to clean driveways etc or a vacuum. I have also washed them down with a garden hose and allowed them to dry thoroughly.

Then, use a flat-bladed screwdriver to pry out the filter cage. Jesse, My vac came with a 7' x 2 1/2" OD corrugated hose, two 20" extensions and a couple of attachments. Can't tell you what attachments because I don't use them. They are in my shop "somewhere". Hope this helps. Red

I've had my unit for several years now, and have not had any issues. My vacuum has seen regular use and abuse and operates the same as when it was new.
