It worked like I hoped it would...I needed it to remove mastic, paint and drywall mud the contractors left hidden under the carpet. Several drawbacks were the concrete floor is uneven so it misses the low spots and it's not pliable enough to conform. A major issue was the center of the disc is not shallow enough so the head of the 5/8-11 bolt protruded beyond the the cutting surface metalizing the floor creating more marks to remove. I had to remove the washer on the bolt so it was recessed...this seemed to work. I'd like to try the 8-grit version next.

best posible product for that specific job
I had to strip some epoxy enamel off my garage floor that one of my tenants used on it. I looked in to diamond blades but you have to be very careful not to scourge the concrete, so had to try something else; then looked into using some bid blaster and that was out of the question since the machine costs friend $ 30,000.00 so again that was not cool
I asked a friend of mine and he recommended this product. once we learned how to use it, it took us about 2 hrs 2 guys to do the whole floor. we could even use one hand on the grinder and go side to side! ( NOT recommended), as long as we kept on changing the wheels the paint came off so easily 2 packs( 6 wheels) was well worth it and now the used wheels I can use on wooden fascia boards and rough lumber
