A:  You be able to. Just make sure the blade works well for that type of stone. The cutter is able to adjust pretty high for certain sizes.

          Good saw for the price
I bought this saw as apposed to renting one for a kitchen backsplash project. The only issue I had was there didn't seem to be a lot of water being delivered to the blade. After some inspection I discovered the tubing coming from the pump to the blade was crimped so I made a small modification to keep the tube from kinking again.

            Don’t buy
Chips tile on every cut. My harbor freight cuts much cleaner at a quarter of the price. Table is loose and inaccurate. 1/8”-3/16” variation in cuts. a lot of chattering in longer rip cuts. Not happy with saw at all.

              Nice saw
I bought this saw out of frustration. I had rented a 10"wet saw from HD tool rental that complete trash. I took back rental and bought this saw. This saw by far cut nicer than the rental saw. I really like it. After making adjustments to square cutting head and laser i had no issues cutting 20" long rips down within 1/32nd and a 16th if I'm not mindful of where I'm applying pressure on the table. When tables full back and forward there is a definite bump when the 3rd set of wheels contacts track or leaves track. Once again you are able to make an accurate cut if you are mindful.Found saw to be fairly accurate for a light jobsite saw in this price point. Definitely recommend a higher quality blade than the one it came with which does cut okay. I really like the laser! Like other reviews table has some play in it but nothing that prevents a square cut if your mindful of what your doing and set the machine up properly. I found slight downward and leftward pressure eliminates the bump and play.Use your square! Yes it does spray water but so has every other wet saw that I have used. All and all it surpassed my expectations. If you want a zero play table and machinists level accuracy prepare to spend a lot more money. I have worked construction for the majority of my life but I am not a tile guy but did find this saw well worth the purchase. If your planning on renting a saw more than once you cannot possibly go wrong. Plus I always feel rushed when I am paying for a rental. This purchase also eliminates that anxiety and I can cruise at my own pace with no worries.

Purchased the 7" inch wet saw last week for a hall bath retile project - both floor and tub/shower. Initially considered less expensive table top model without sliding table, but soon rationalized that the benefits of a sliding table, laser guide and stand were worth the extra cash. And while it's only been a week and we've only completed the floor, it was money well spent. This saw cut porcelain mosaic floor tiles with precision - no nicks/chips! Further, the laser was spot on. I will provide additional feedback after completing the ceramic tile around the shower/tub combo, but expect that to be easier.

Easy to use. Cut right though 2" concrete pavers. Easy to clean afterwards by removing saw from plastic liner and stand made cutting easier. I had less miscuts also, dont know if I am getting better or if that was the machines doing

The saw has plenty of power to cut all tiles and the sliding table has enough space to do almost any tiles. The stand was sturdy and I like the adjustable legs. When the saw was setup level, the sliding table would carry water off the back when it slid beyond the blade. I dropped the front legs and it helped reduce water coming off the table. The splash guard could be improved it was throwing water out and making a mess. I went ahead and fabricated a hood to capture the water and it now can be used inside. (See pictures) The guiderail is a little cumbersome, I would prefer one that has a clamp versus the screw down. It works but I believe it could be improved for more convenience. The laser was able to get wet which made the red line wash out. I'm going to let it dry out and see if it happens again. I hope I wont have to take anything apart. I would have like to see a built in GFI in the cord.
