Plastic internal parts easily break.
Plastic internal parts easily break. No replacement. Have to buy a new one if you want to continue using. Checked out the Rigid website. No information for spare parts on this item.

Broke after 1 and a half pumps
I like most ridgid products, but this one is a total waste of money. It stopped working before I could finish my second vaccum of water. I ended up getting a $90 submersible pump. Take the top off the vaccum and lower the pump in.

This little pump did the job. I used it to...
This little pump did the job. I used it to remove rain water from the pool cover. It kept me from hauling the bucket back and forth to dump the water. Only negative is it's meant to run the vac, then the pump and not continuous at the same time. But the pump works as advertised. I am very happy with this pump.

Does not fit my hose
I had this for quite a while but never used it. I was trying to empty my waterbed I put everything in the bathtub in case of leaks. My hose would not fit the pump adapter. I checked to see if it was my hose but it hooked up fine to my waterbed fill kit. I don't know if you need a special hose or what but It just didn't work. And, you have to keep stopping to turn the pump off and on I thought it was something that you could continuously run but it's not. Too much hassle.

You cannot pump the water out while the vac is running.
