yes i believe this is the right model
Before I realized they made this, I used the paper one every spring to pump out the water from my pond. Trouble is, it was so dense, it pumped slowly and you had to throw away after. They get too out of shape when dry and they are not cheap either. This is porous and the water goes thru much faster, even when the leaves sucked up collect around it.
Sure, but it won't likely be as effective against dust and dirt as a paper cartridge filter.
Hello tky58, No, it will not fit the Bucket Head or Stinger vacuums. If you have further questions or concerns, you may call our Customer Service at 1-800-474-3443 from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time and we'll be glad to assist you. Thanks, RIDGID
I empty out my pond every spring of the old water and dead leaves with my shop vac. The pond is 125 gallons. Only nuisance the tank fills up fast and have to keep dumping it. I would never do without the foam filter.
I'd take the vac piece in and ask associate to let you try it too see if it fit your dealt. Or do some google research to see id it was compatible with your dewalt.
I looked up the website email to contact the mfr. They need the model number for the Craftsman in order to confirm compatibility. Google Ridgid VF7000 then visit the ' Contact Us" link to send your model number via email. They also have a live chat option.
It fit and works great on mine.
With a small model vac you probably need the foam sleeve. Contact mfr. Or consult manual.
