Q:How much do the lithium batteries cost? and where do I purchase them? Oh how easy or hard is it to clean the brush roll?

Answer This Question

A:  The brush roll is easy to clean and change from the included soft velvet roller for hard floors and/or low pile carpets to the included carbon fibre brush roll for thicker carpets. The design of the roller helps prevent hair wrap by pushing it to the ends where teeth on the head unit will help break down any tangled hair. The included cleaning tool has a brush on one end to clean the filter and a hook on the other to untangle any hairs that might have stayed on the roller. Batteries are available through Roidmi customer service in Miami, Florida.

    A:  Thanks for your question. The lithium batteries are currently available from Roidmi USA only at their facility in Miami Florida. You can order them by contacting customer service. They are under warranty for 2 years with a cost of $79.99.

      A:  Hi Larry...it runs for up to 50 minutes in standard mode. In Max mode, it runs less. In the chart, it says battery life (min), so on a full charge, that is the minimum if it was on full power.

        A:  Depending on which power mode you use, the maximum runtime is 50 minutes, while the minimum runtime is 15 minutes. More than likely, you’ll average somewhere in between

          There is good suction on the high power mode. The lower power mode is poor at best. The problem is the battery lasts less than 5 minutes when using the high power setting.

          Feels cheap..Dyson is superior in all aspects. Little wheels on the roller makes it feel like a child’s toy as you vacuum.

          No way to charge
          First the directions totally suck. Then after assembling the stupid vacuum, I go to charge it and they forgot to put the small plug in the stupid charging pad that I already had stuck to the wall, so I have a plug with a cord to plug into the charging pad, and there is nothing on the charging pad to stick the plug into. Try to connect to their website, it times out, so there is no support available either. Needless to say, it is being returned

                    Great device for quick clean ups but probably not the best choice for cleaning a whole house at one time.
                    Good suction, run time only 10-15 minutes. Not as easy to switch to the smaller head as I expected.
