Enhance the look of your home with the quick-drying Toscana Beige Limewash Interior/Exterior Paint by Romabio. With the self-priming, one-coat process, you can achieve a distinct whitewash effect on unpainted brick, stone or other masonry surfaces. This paint features a non-toxic formula that won't peel or chip off and is breathable and UV resistant for lasting use. A one-coat application covers around 250 sq. ft. per gallon.

Is this a paint or a true limewash?
Classico Limewash is a lime-based mineral paint that's formulated to be absorbed by natural brick/stone and calcify to them. Can u return if you don't like the color?
As mike said, we recommend purchasing a smaller container to test the product before buying in larger quantities. You can also request color cards from Romabio by emailing info@romabio.com. Once it has been opened, it is not eligible for return.

can this be used on wood
Classico Limewash is formulated for application on absorbent brick or stone. Without a mineral surface for the product to adhere to, it will likely dry on the surface and flake off. MicroGrip Primer can be used as a base coat to provide a uniform mineral surface that will help with adhesion, but the Classico Limewash can't be distressed after, and would need to be applied for full coverage.
Can I add water so that the coverage is very light? I have an old stone foundation and I want a lot of the stone to show through.
Hi! Diluting Classico Limewash more than the recommended 50-70% isn't recommended, as it increases the rate of wear/fading. It can absolutely be done, but it will likely require more frequent touchups. If you were to go this route, we recommend using Mineral Shield to extend the life of your Classico Limewash by protecting it from external moisture.
Is possible using a sprayer
Yes, Classico Limewash can be applied with a professional-grade airless sprayer (tip of 0.519″ – 0.521″) or an HVLP spray gun (tip: 1.4mm-1.5mm)!

Can I use this to lighten the color of concrete patio pavers?
Hi! Unfortunately, Classico Limewash isn't formulated for walkable surfaces. Because it isn't made with the scuff-resistance needed for these surfaces, it would wear easily and require frequent touchups. We hope this helps!

Unfortunately, none of our products are formulated to repair damaged brick. We recommend reaching out to a mason for this matter. However, our Classico Limewash, Lime Slurry, and Venetian Glaze are all mineral paints formulated for absorbent stone/brick. I hope this helps!
