Good, almost universal sander replacements
So, not all sanders are created equal, I suppose. These replacement pads were on par in quality with other brands, but I suspect they are made specifically for Ryobi sanders. They did work very well with my Rigid, but were slightly smaller than the Rigid’s head - but not so much to be detrimental or insufficient. As with every other Ryobi product I’ve owned, this is a good product for the right price. If you have a Rigid, though, the Dremel pads fit a little better.

Perfect for those difficult to reach areas
I recently bought a ryobi multi tool and ryobi has become the name to watch a definite competitor and that's why I chose to continue with that product and I will continue! But one thing to keep in mind is that they have different size pads so make sure you get the correct one for your tool and grit that you need for the job very useful if you're like me a DIY guy hope this helps

This sandpaper is a lot more durable than others we have used in the past (see the picture). It is easy to put on and take off due to the hook and loop backing. It comes with 3 different grit options, (60-100-150) and three of each of them in the pack to cover most jobs. My wife had to put some wood putty on a railing and then she sanded it down easily with the Ryobi sandpaper. It worked well, and she was pleased with this.

Ryobi adhesive pads work great.
To have a sanding pad that would accept the 2-7/8 adhesive backed sanding triangles we made a DIY sanding pad for our Dremel sander. First We cut a triangular piece of steel, rounded the edges, drilled 12 concentric holes in it so that it would fit the Dremel. We also drilled a hole in the middle to attach it to the Dremel. Next we cut a triangular piece of wood and drilled a hole in the middle. We then stuck the wood to the metal with double sided tape. After everything was assembled we sanded the wood and the metal to be the same size as the adhesive triangles. Also painted it Orange. The result is shown. This was a medium level DIY project.
Now we can use BOTH adhesive pads as well as the hook and loop fastener pads on our Dremel. Another bonus is that the smaller 2-7/8 inch pads (and DIY sanding pad holder) fit in the carrying case without disassembly.

The Ryobi 9-piece 2-7/8 inch detail sand paper assortment set - 60, 100, and 150 grit is a good set of sandpaper that allows you to get into corners and tight places in order to get a smooth finish. Can be used on wood, metal, drywall, fiberglass and painted surfaces. My husband likes this detail sandpaper because it allows him to sand without having to sand by hand, which can damage one's hands. The sandpaper has saved him many hours of detailed sanding.

Unfortunately I couldn't do a proper review due to the fact that the sanding sheets didn't fit either of my sanders, A 18 volt Makita and a 12 volt Milwaukee. Both sanders usually fit most brands of paper. The sheets seemed to be cut from a belt sander as evident by arrows on the backing of some of the pads. The pads were pressure sensitive backing not hook and loop as you would see on 99.9% of all sanders today. This was not indicated anywhere on the packaging and would be easily over looked by someone.

The RYOBI 9-PIECE 2-7/8 IN. DETAIL SAND PAPER ASSORTMENT SET - 60, 100, AND 150 GRIT came quickly and was not damaged in shipment. The sheets fit my oscillating tools perfectly. They are a good assortment of grits that cover all steps of wood finishing or paint removal around tight spaces like stair spindles or chair parts. The pads last a long time and do not gum up very much.

Very good corner sanding bits. There is a variety of 3 grains in this package, p150, for very fine detail work, p100, for somewhat fine detail, and p60 for rough detail and taking off a lot of material quickly.
This is an adhesive backed 2 7/8 in. kit so it won’t fit on bigger heads like the ryobi p570 head for the jobmax multi tool.
But should fit on other tools with 2 7/8 heads. Adhesive is strong and allowed me to place on older Velcro backed heads without removal. The p60 grit is very strong and removes wood really fast. Quality sandpaper heads for your multi tool. Highly recommend.

This set contains three sets of three different grit levels. These self adhesive pads are quite sticky and the sand paper sufficiently abrasive that it cuts fast.
The set comes with 60 grit, 100 grit, and 150 grit. Those grit levels are best suited for removing a lot of material rather than fine finishing. For fine finishing you would also want 220 and 400 grit paper.

Very well made detailing sand paper. I like how they give you a variety of different grit sand papers in the pack. The set comes with 3-60's, 3-100's, and 3-150's. The smaller size of these detailing sand paper pads are perfect for doing smaller project jobs. Great for also for getting into corners and small tight spots. Also know, that you will have 3 fine grit pads which are the 150's. and the get more coarse as the number goes down. I have tried to take close up pictures of the sand paper surface to show how fine, and how coarse they are. They are actually ok to be used by hand if necessary in som applications. Overall, I would recommend this sand paper set.
