Does great job...surprisingly powerful, easily portable, uses much less water than expected, simple and easy operation. Cleaned driveway and flat sandstone patio both covered with tree/plant sap, mold, mildew/algae, and dirt. Almost gave a 4 because not yet sure about surface cleaner....doesn't seem to be as powerful as turbo nozzle but still works OK. The power washer itself definitely deserves a 5.

I own dozens of Ryobi branded products. I bought this pressure washer hoping that it would be sufficient to clean my driveway and sidewalks. It performed better than I had hoped, and easily performed the job. The 12" scrub attachment was a critical part of this. Make sure that you buy the version that comes with it! It is much quieter that I expected from an electric motor, and I really like the way that the motor and pump turns on and off with the trigger. This keeps water from running continuously, as well as the motor. Since this is a new purchase, I can't vouch for the longevity of the unit, but very happy with the performance.

Received this item yesterday, set it up and twenty minutes later I had a concrete patio that was cleaner than it had been in years. Almost like new. In the past, I had used a broom and oxiclean to scrub the scum and algae that builds up over the fall and winter. The patio had gotten progressively dirtier as my old system became insufficient to do the job. What a pleasure to use this simple tool to get the job done in half the time with little effort on my part. I cleaned the patio chairs and everything looks great.

Leaks oil after 5 uses in 8 months.
Purchased from our local store, used it 5 times for our small back patio and two-car driveway. Husband noticed it was leaking all over the ground after the last use, thus staining the concrete. I called Home Depot who advised to call Ryobi. Called Ryobi for them to tell me the nearest service center is about an hour away. Google the "repair center" and it's a mobile mower guy that operates from a home address? Ryobi has said this is the only option. Meanwhile I have receipt in hand and Home Depot won't budge. We purchased the item on sale, but now it is a $90 paperweight because I am not taking a two hour road trip to fix some seals. Seals that I cannot get Ryobi to call me back on to get replacements for.
