Broken handle
We love our Ryobi tools and we have almost every single one and have no other complaints except for this blower, we had it for a year and the handle began to crack. Within six months the handle is completely broken, very disappointed! Hopefully they do not continue with this particular model and make the handle much thicker and unbreakable.

I love this leaf blower
This leaf blower is lightweight and wonderfully balanced. It's perfect for the small jobs I need it for. If you are doing a lot of leaf blowing the battery life may be too short for you but in my opinion not having to drag a cord around makes up for the shorter battery life.

Ryobi 155 MPH 300 CFM 40 Volt-Ion Jet Blower with 2.6 AH Battery and Charger works for the small, and large jobs around the house, and yard. Blows out the garage, lanai, and dry scattered leaves with ease. One battery last for quite a while for the small jobs. I usually use my Ryobi gas blower on the large jobs. I ran out of gas, and didn't feel like doing a gas run so I gave this a try. It was a winter's worth of leaves on my rock landscaping. It rained the day before, so some of the leaves were damp. I went through 3 charged batteries. I had to rack out some areas under the bushes, and in the corners or it would have taken more time, and batteries. I usually just keep blowing out to the back with the Ryobi gas powered blower. But, with this blower we put the piles in the wheelbarrow and carried the leaves out back. It didn't work as good as the gas powered blower, but it got the job done.

Nice lightweight blower
I really like this blower from Ryobi. I have had it for several years and it has quickly become my go to blower. It is lightweight even with the 40volt battery yet has good power and run time. It can get most any material but does struggle with wet leaves in grass.

Cordless cleanup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this item this summer to add to my 40v line of Ryobi's . Previously had the 18 v, but my wife always had it at camp for our deck cleanups. I am so happy with this blower and its power
