I saw a video on YouTube from Ryobi that showed this as a green router. The same color as all the new tools. The model that HD is the old blue model. Is the newer model different and when will it be available?

Is there a table that this router can be attached to for better use??

Asked by: OneHungHero
Most tables for routers have a propitiatory base. So you make your own to match.

I have had mine somewhere around 12+ years and don't see a parts list, does this original version use the same collet as the newer green version?
Asked by: Thegreyarea
Hi, Thegreyarea. Our support team can check and see if there are any formal substitutions for the collet in our system. Please contact us at 1-800-525-2579 with your model number. Best regards, Lynn from the Ryobi team.

What edge guide will work with the Ryobi p600 cordless router/laminate trimmer? Also, do you need the woodworking base to use the edge guide?

Asked by: Vanman
If your not using bearing guides you could clamp on a fence to the work piece at the proper distance, and use the base to glide along it.. Other than that there are no built on edge guides (which i personally dislike). Your best off with bearing guides.
