Does it come with a charger? What does it mean tool only

Why sell a product that is worthless without making separate purchases in order for it to operate...
Asked by 1RipoffRyobi December 6, 2020This "tool only" option is for people who are already using the Ryobi One Plus system of tools. It uses the 18 volt one + style batteries, the new lithiums and even the older style ni-cad. It is amazing that my old blue and gold Ryobi tools from over a decade ago are now keeping up with the technology because the new One Plus system lithium batteries work in the older models.
