It is very easy to install it on the mower....
It is very easy to install it on the mower. The only issue I have with it is that it only seems to want to fill up the left bag and not so much the right bag.

Great in concept, but very fragile
I purchased this bagger for use with my Ryobi RY48111 riding lawn mower. The mower itself is fantastic: it's fast, quiet, powerful, and comfortable. This bagger, however, is not engineered or built to the same level of quality and durability. The design is great (it is easy to install and use), but, as dozens of other reviews note, the parts are very fragile and break quickly, even with normal use. The plastic parts, such as the part that attaches the tube to the mowing deck, quickly develop stress fractures and rip apart. They can be temporarily fixed via duct tape, but I expected better quality given the price and Ryobi's reputation. The yellow wheel that is supposed to spin when grass is being collected and the bags aren't full has never worked, which is a pain because it's the sole indicator that it's time to empty the bags. It's worth noting that all of my problems with this bagger have come to light within three weeks of purchasing it. I'll keep repairing it and using it until it breaks completely since there's no way I could return it in its current condition, but I will not be buying a replacement. Save yourself the time and irritation and read the other reviews before buying this product; I should have.

Cheap Plastic
We love our Ryobi battery operated tractor. The bagging system is made of cheap plastic. The bottom pipe needs to be reinforced with sheet metal to withstand debris. We developed a hole in ours in just a few short months. Very disappointed and couldn't recommend this bagging system, due to the design flaw.

Functionally great, structurally weak
After only 9 months, the hinge springs are tearing through the top cover. Would have given more stars except for this one issue. This is very disappointing given that the bagger works very well and otherwise has been performing to my expectations and needs. Before recommending to a friend, I would caution them to reinforce this area with additional sheet metal or thicker plastic.

Plastic bagger tube broke on the first time out!
I got this bagger as part of the 38 in. riding mower/bagger combo kit. Before the lower tube broke (see below) I was pretty happy with how well it worked for bagging leaves, in particular. I love how easy it is to slide the bags out, then put a lawn and leaf bag trash over them, and flip it over to fill the trash bag--nice! I find that when both sides of the bagger are filled, it fills up a 39 gallon lawn and leaf bag about 3/4 full.
Unfortunately, the mechanisms that attach the lower tube to the cutting deck are quite cheap and/or ineffective. The forward bungee keeps coming out of its designated hole in the cutting deck (the rear bungee, which clips to a post, works fine). But worse than that, the clip that also holds the lower tube onto the top of the cutting deck broke--this happened on literally the very first time I used the device (see picture)! I don't think it is going to work as well now, but it worked well before breaking. They need to make this clip out of something sturdier than plastic!

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works geat, it is easy to install, it is easy to empty, the flow indicator on the upper tube is very usefull. An anti-chafing tape should be added at the bottom of the bracket so it would not wear out the paint on the hitch plate. The lower tube front latch hole should be made furthermore at the front because the latch is not tight enough and unlatch all the time living a gap between the mower and the front of the lower tube.

Plastic punched through by metal bracket
Upon open box, I found two punctures opening on the main plastic body at the metal hanging bracket holder. Not happy about Manufacturer defect, not gonna be long the plastic containers will fall off.

The tube does is not long enough to fit into the bag holder
This was easy to assemble and blows grass well but it does not reach completely into the bag framework. See picture

Poor design,cheap material Do not buy!!
Went with 38" Ryobi ride on electric mower. Used it for about 12 cuts and slot holding shoot to bottom of mower is just about split. Shoot tubes do not stay together with one rubber strap holding the connections together. Grass gets caught up in bad connection and the system stops working. When I assemble the bagging system initially the plastic felt light and cheap compared to cub cadet products I had before. If Ryobi does not fix problem I am returning entire mower.

I always use a bagger despite other opinions. I don't want to "reseed" any weeds and mulching leaves or pine needles doesn't "sweeten" the soil. I found leaf bags to go inside that just fit so I can just tie them off then turn each bagger upside down and remove the leaf bag(no mess). I would have given it a 5 star except I ended up having to stop and check to see how full they are.
