          Handles too wide for sleigh or inside shack,doesnt cut well (takes way to long),no extension available for deep ice Way too heavy.

            Awesome ice auger
            [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely great outfit, photo of wife operating, just cuts and cuts. Ice is only 12" so far at this lake and we wouldn't be intimidated with anything thinker. This is the best thing since sliced bread. A plus is uses the same battery as other ryobi products and NO hassle with fuel, or fuel mix issues. Just plug and go.

              It Works! But, it is big and heavy
              This auger will hold its own; I've been able to drill 20+ holes without draining the battery or losing power. If you're in the Ryobi system, or want to be, and need an ice auger this is a good choice. Cons: It's not waterproof but comes with a little plastic sack to keep water out of the battery and motor. Additionally, it's big and heavy (34 Ibs). If lightness is important to you, there may be better ice augers.

                Awesome auger
                Awesome auger for many reasons, battery is same as another ryobi product so I have spares, cuts through the ice like butter, it's female friendly, will try to add video of wife using it, NO GAS, FUEL MIX NEEDED!!!!!

                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burned right through 16" of ice. Only drilled 3 holes but auger sat on the ice all day and battery still fully charged when I got home. Way better than the ION.

                    Works Great
