Great extended runtime for 40v mower!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 7.5ah 40v battery to replace a 4ah for my ryobi mower. It’s an older generation mower, so at first it didn’t physically fit properly. However, some modifications to the battery bay with a dremel and we were off to the races! Love that I can now mow my 1/3 acre non stop with basically 1/2-3/4 of this single battery (depending on how tall/thick the grass is.

Its Huge
OMG its huge. I just got it and I have it in my Rapid Charger as I type this. I need it for my leaf blower and leaf mulcher especially. I am so happy I got it by only beef is why cant Home depot just not carry it in their stores physically .

BE PREPARED TO CUT, HAVEN'T HAD A CHANCE TO USE IT YET TO SEE IF IT LASTS
Might be a great battery, but, if you plan on using it in the push mower, which is the only reason I bought it, be prepared to cut up your mower to make it fit. Too tall, too wide, and a lot heavier than the standard batteries. I can only upload one image for some reason, but you will have to cut the lower mount where the battery slides into for operation, but also cut the lid, so it can close. I will seal these areas back up with fiberglass and plastic, then paint and re add the logos

Holy Runtime

best accessory
This battery weighs about 4.4 lbs judging from my scale at my home. It is perfect for my RYOBI 40-Volt tools! I can mow my entire yard, more than half of acre, with just this battery. My neighbors are coming over to see the mower and I tell them they should get this battery too because its a game changer. this also fits in my ryobi string trimmer and blower but i dont really need that much runtime on those.

Fantastic Battery!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought several of these last year and I'm generally very happy with the performance.
One of these batteries is enough to mow my front and back yard.
However out of the 10 batteries I purchased I noticed this one is faulty.
I've registered this product to get a replacement.

The reason for the long runtime is because it's pretty low-powered. I have many different AH Ryobi batteries, and the 4AH & 6AH I have produce significant power compared to this one. I cannot use this 7.5 for mowing because it just isn't providing enough power; it consistently bogs down unlike the others. For weed whacking & blowing it's fine. Kind of disappointed because this thing was expensive.
