Works but not well. Mis-adjusted from the factory!
We picked this up during one of National Grid's multi-day power outages in 2022.
Pros:
+ Factory mis-adjustment can be fixed, see photos
+ No leaks
+ It's yellow
Cons:
- Digital power display is wrong, indicates 2-3 Hz high. Use a meter.
- Frequency too high from factory, enough to stop a backup battery from charging
- It does not start easily. Plan on many, many, many pulls. Even after 20+ hrs break-in.
Next time, I buy a Honda. This worked in an emergency, but I don't like it.

Little Monster
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this monster and It's worth it. Build with quality and strength. I did have two downsides. First, it's heavy... weighs about 150 pounds. You will need two people to lift this monster. Once you get the wheels on it, no problem. My second disappointment was the CO2 sensor was broken off. I had to repair a broken wire and tape the CO2 sensor with duct tape. (waiting for support to contact me). But it runs great. Starts up like a charm. The huge tank holds nearly 5 gallons and runs over 14 hours.

Outlet turning off
I bought obviously during an emergency for out of power and the generator’s outlets with GFCI sistem is shutting off every 5-10 minutes. I have to run to the generator to just press the outlet’s reset button and hope to last a little bit longer. It’s shutting off also with just a 9watt led bulb… crazy situation fridge obviously isn’t keeping the temperature and 3 days under the rain…. 2023!! 1099 bucks!!! Modern stuff no works anymore!

Leaking gas straight out of the box
I literally just purchased this 4 hours ago. Follow the instructions, put on the legs, and wheels added the oil, gasoline. I pulled the cord and gas was coming from everywhere. $1,100 down the drain. We just had an ice storm. We have been without power for 24 hours I was excited now I'm extremely disappointed. What a waste of time and effort to believe this generator would accommodate me with a little bit of power for the time being. Everybody's generator is running in the background but mine.

Gets you the power you need
Ths is amazing for the price runs without any issues easy to start and gives you the power you need pulled my air compressor without a glitch would recommend if you are looking for one look no further this is the real thing.

Think about maintenance parts
I bought this and it worked well right out of the box. I experienced no fuel leaks. HOWEVER, maint recommendations is change oil at 25 and 50 hrs and filter check at 50 hrs. It turns out, I can’t find replacement air filters at The Depot or anywhere else locally🤷🏻♂️

Hurricane proof
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using it for the first time in Tampa during Hurricane Ian. Running two refrigerators and a TV with ease. I also have two power inverters (18volt and 40 volt) by RYOBI that I am using for phones, tablets, fans and small appliances. I love RYOBI tools and equipment! I buy everything RYOBI because of the quality and the interchangeability. I would recommend this generator and anything else they make.

Leaking fuel before it ran once
Bought it on 8/9/22 in preparation for a hurricane. Opened the box, followed the very simple directions, pulled the cord once and it leaked fuel all over. Now I'm out a thousand dollars before a hurricane and they'll probably tell me I need to take it somewhere. I already did take it somewhere, HOME, after I paid for a new product.
