This is a great multi-blade kit. I not only appreciate the functional storage container that can be reused and replenished in the future, but I love the fact that there is a variety of blades to pick from for the various project needs. It is easy to tell how many TPI each blade has and the detail is even more obvious for the purpose of each blade and material it can be used with. For most folks this contains enough blades to last you a long time, whereas for trades this is a convenient method of storing your various blades, being able to find what you need easily, and get the job done. Very impressed by the level of detail that went into this product. Blades are good quality and came just in time for a project where I need to do a bunch of surgical precision cuts!

This set contains a nice assortment of blades for cutting wood, metal, and plastic. The set includes several down-cut blades for laminated materials, such as kitchen countertops, cutting on the down stroke to minimize tearing to the topside of the laminated surface. The scroll-cut blades are thinner making it easier to cut smaller radius curves. You’ll want to practice with the scroll-cut blades using thicker stock as not to put too much pressure on the blade.
The universal shank worked with my DeWalt Jig Saw. No issues with inserting the blade or cutting thick stock. The blade felt secure in the jig saw after running the blade through various pieces of stock.
I always check my blades before using them and I noticed one of the Fine Cut blades was warped. I tried it on a scrap piece of wood and noticed on the underside of the cut, it was a little wider and there was uneven wear on the blade. (See picture below.) I wouldn’t use this particular blade, but the other blades in the set worked just fine.
This is a good set of assorted cost-effective blades. It’s nice to have choices for blades, instead using the last blade left in the saw.

What I hugely appreciated about this Jig Saw Blade Set was how they are perfectly labeled. So many others put a number on them, or the information is on the box that as soon as you drop it, you do not know which one is what. These have the information right on them, what they are good for, be it metal or wood, and then the type of blade, smooth, fine, fast, scroll or reverse cut. This makes it sooooooo much easier to pick an appropriate blade for the job at hand. And they work as well as they are labeled. I had to do some metal cutting, and it went right through it. They also have the universal shank, because sorry to say I do not own a Ryobi Jig Saw (yet), but it worked well in the jigsaw I do have. A handy set of blades that also have a nice carrying case that keeps them organized and secure until you are ready to use them. Metal Blades: Fast Cut (2), Smooth Cut (2) Fine Cut (2) Wood Blades: Fast Cut (3), Smooth Cut (3) Fine Cut (3) Reverse Cut (2) Scroll Cut (3) and carrying case.

I know jigsaws very well, since I nearly took my thumb off in Junior High wood shop. Nearly 35 years later, I must say that blades have improved. Ryobi has a nice set here that comes with a variety of blades for different cuts. They cut with precision, smooth cuts, rounding cuts, in a variety of woods. They cut great through plywood, 2x4's and more. I like that this set has some blades to use for metal. When you have a small job that you don't want to use a Sawzall for, this works amazing. I like that the blades are labeled for each type of blade and they have their own compartment in the handy case. I use these in my old Black and Decker corded jigsaw and they handle it like a champ.

My jig saw came with 3 blades for limited applications. I found myself using blades that were not specifically designed for the task I was using it for, which did’t provide optimum results. I finally decided I needed to get additional blades to accomplish projects with better results. After searching for options, I found this blade set. It more than met my goals as it provides for every conceivable application. Plus it has multiple blades of each usage.

Must have for any handyman. I love that the set of the jigsaw blades come specifically labeled for cut finishes and types of materials , even though i know what the type of blades they are , its still nice to have them labeled for quick pick. Another neat thing is it comes with a reverse blade ! Some of them come in sets of 3 and some in set of 2. The blades compared to other brands feel great quality and sturdy , i tried the wood blade and it cut very nice! Definitely will be buying in future once i use these up.

This summer I am replacing some 2x6 cedar deck boards that are beginning to soften and deteriorate.
I have found that a jigsaw is easier for me to handle than a Sawzall tool. Since I burn the old NON-TREATED cedar boards in the fireplace, I jigsaw each small section between the supports and end up with foot-long fire starters. This RYOBI Blade Set contains more than one of each type of blade — for wood, for plastic, for metal. And they are beautifully marked with each purpose.

The Ryobi all purpose jigsaw blade set comes with a nice variety of 20 pieces. The assortment covers a good variety of different uses and the case that it comes in is very convenient for keeping them stored all-in-one place. The blades are a high carbon steel and appear to be made very well. Included for cutting wood and plastic are fast cutting, smooth cutting, fine cutting, scroll and reverse teeth for splinter free. Bimetal blades for cutting wood and metal included are fast, smooth and fine. I would definitely recommend these blades.

Great set of blades here. This mix pack is great to have on hand for cutting lots of different types of material. The case holds them all nicely. This T-shank style fits my Bosch jig saw but I’m not sure about other brands. I generally cut wood and finished wood, so the scroll blade is awesome for making tight turns and the and reverse tooth blade really does leave a nice splinter-free edge. Good product here.
