TD thank you for your interest in the RYOBI Expand-It Sweeper Attachment. The intended use for this sweeper is to sweep dirt, grass, and other debris from driveways and walkways. We could not speak on how well it would work with moving embedded acorns in the grass. Thank you for asking, If you have further questions and would like to speak with a RYOBI Customer Experience Professional, please call, 1-800-525-2579 M-F from 9am-6pm EST. Hope this helps! - Vini

Hi Nomotyme, Thanks for your question. The RYOBI Expand-It Sweeper Attachment RYSWP25 can be used for sweeping dirt, grass, and other debris from driveways and walkways. I hope this helps and thanks for reaching out to RYOBI! - Eve
The wheels come off but I am not sure you can attach a dethatching kit.
No. It does not remove leaves that get down into the grass because it kicks back.
Works great for artificial turf. I use it with the 40 volt power head and has just enough power to do a 15 foot wide by 75 foot long turf on one charge with 4ah battery. I haven't used it with 18v power head but i don't think it would be enough power so it was my first 40v purchase.
Hi Dean, We appreciate your interest in the RYOBI Expand-It Sweeper Attachment RYSWP25. This attachment can be used with RYOBI, Toro, Weed Eater, Troy Bilt, Murray, Poulan Pro and other universal brand fit power heads and trimmers. Please refer to the specifications to see if your product has universal attachment capabilities. Thanks for your question! - Eve .
I'm not sure, the tip/interface appears to be universal
It can probably cut them mostly down but will likely not kill then
RYOBIOutdoors: thanks. I went to the Ryobi parts order web page, but there are no pictures for the tube caps, so I don’t know what I would ordering. I think I’ll take one of mine to the nearby Ryobi Authorized Outdoor Service Center and order them.
