A nice and quiet, tough, and quality tool.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered it over a month ago and it works great! it’s quieter than other nailers and strong when you need it to be. I would definitely buy again and most certainly recommend Ryobi to anyone needing a professional tool!

Love this thing!
I'm a 74 year old female and this is my first nail gun. I love this thing! So easy to use! I made a bookcase look built-in with crown molding, cove on the sides, baseboard and shoe on the bottom. I can't believe how fast and easy it went with this nail gun. It's perfect for trim work and I wish I had found it many years ago! Get yourself one; you won't be sorry!

The nailer gun was easy to operate but my delivery item was damage when arrived and I found wood chips on the box where the tool is located and i went Home Depot to exchange but they say i have to order again online and they refund my money.

3rd times a charm
Bought this to supplement my air tools. I used it for half a day It stopped working. I returned it and swapped for another. That one shot 3 brads and then quit. I returned it. Both had a long delay before it would actually fire. after writing a review of my experience Ryobi contacted me. they offered to send me a new unit. When I received the new unit they sent me a new gun with a battery and charger. ( I had only bought the gun) The new gun shot quicker and way better. I have been using the gun now fairly regular and completed a few bigger projects where I used the gun for Hundreds of nails . The new gun has performed flawlessly. It has become a staple in my arsenal. SO nice to not have to deal with the compressor and hosses. Thanks to Ryobi for reaching out to me and getting me the new gun. I was very impressed with their service and how they stood behind their product. this level of service seems to be rare these days. I am certainly looking at Ryobi for other tools now.
