Does this work on brick?
Impact drivers don't have the percussive action necessary to drill anything as hard as bricks. I believe what you need is a hammer drill.

Did anyone else receive this wimpy belt clip? I'm afraid it might chew through the plastic and come loose. There are no holes for screwing in the clip that's advertised.
Mine came with a metal hook that fits into the bottom of the tool, but seriously, I wouldn't walk around with anything this heavy hanging on my belt.

I don't know if it comes with a battery and charger. It should be mentioned in the description of the item. I purchased mine with a kit. The kit included a battery and charger. I did receive a smaller battery with one of the other RYOBI products that I purchased at the same time but no charger.
