The box says "whisper quiet" all over it. The fan on mine is very quiet. However, the misting pump is excessively loud. That doesn't seem right but I'm not sure. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks

Actually, any of the Ryobi 18V One+ batteries work with it. I have a 4-ah one in it, and it lasts for a very long time, and the battery cover closes just fine! It comes with a 1.5 Ah battery that lasts a good 5-10 hours!
Can be used without water
