A:  Make sure you have a good battery in it.  If that doesn’t work the store may warranty it and give you a new one.

A:  It comes with several attachments..a car pressure side and a air mattress side. The car pressure side will screw on to a car valve. I ball bump pin can also be screwed into that side..same as it would fit on a car tire valve. You may lose some pressure when you unscrew it off a tire. it is not a quick release like some old hand pumps use to be. A:  I don't know why you are losing so much air. How long does it take you to get the hose off???

A:  I use mine to add a few pounds or tire pressure to my Class C motorhome. My tires are regular truck tires and run at 61 PSI. It would take a long time (and the pump would get very hot) to pump up a big tire from 0 to 60 PSA. For that job, I carry a 12V ViAir compressor.

A:  Yes. But I would not try to fill tires from empty, unless I took a break. It gets a little hot with continuous use.

A:  I feel that if you have to use it in a pinch for a “low tire” fill up, you should be ok.  My recommendation is to first jack up the side you’re inflating for less resistance.  If it’s completely flat I don’t think the power of this compressor can handle the long fill up without heating it up plus the battery life will probably end prior to completion.  But if you’re looking for a pump where you want to fill up completely from ground, I’d go with something more powerful like a viair 88p.  Even this one you’ll want to turn on and off to prevent burning it out.  So imo, get something more powerful.  In a pinch, this Ryobi is fine for “low tire fill ups” and if you have extra batteries.
