Q:I recently got my Ryobi glue gun it leaks constantly. I'm not talking here and there it's non stop. I know glue guns leak, but I've never had one leak like this and pour a 1/4 of the glue on the paper below. Has anyone figured out a solution for this?

Q:I recently purchased the Ryobi Hot Glue Gun (P305). I used a Roybi+ 18V battery. It is fully charged and works in other tools. When used in the glue gun and switched on, the light does not turn on, and it is not warming up. What am I missing?

Q:My Ryobi glue gun gets hot then it just pours the glue like crazy out of the tip. It wastes a ton of glue and makes a ridiculous mess. Only thing I?m wondering is if I must use only a high temp glue stick and maybe I?m not ? Any ideas?

Fast warm up and easy to use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this last week and have already been very happy with it. I've only used it for hobby and crafts with my daughter, but it warms up very quickly and has been very easy to use. This appears to use very little battery, feels like one battery should last for quite some time. Very happy with my purchase. After some initial hesitancy to buy Ryobi ( I questioned quality with such a low price ), I have been repeatedly impressed with there products, prices, and depth of products available. Whenever I need a new tool, they have now become the first brand I look to.

Doesn’t work with recommended glue stick size
Glue gun will not advance .28” diameter glue sticks (which fit in the glue stick hole) and .45” diameter glue sticks (which is what is recommended in the user manual) do not fit in the glue stick hole.
Pretty disappointed with this product, and had high hopes for it given my prior level of satisfaction with other Ryobi products.

Commercial glue gun, with commercial heat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gun is not like crafting glue guns. It’s much hotter and the glue is much runnier because of the heat level.
I am a female and the gun fits well in my hand and work with no trouble.
I like the portability of this gun and that it works with my RYOBI 18volt batteries that I have with my other tools.
Great price and a great product.

Do Not Recommend
This hot glue gun gets way too hot and the glue drips out constantly. I have to watch every time I pick it up so it's not in mid drip. I burned my finger a few times and decided I would rather use my cheap small gun instead. It might take longer but it is better than this product. I do not recommend.

Ryobi wireless Glue Gun a HUGE Game Changer
This is a game changer not being wired so that I am free to glue anywhere including ceiling fan wireing molding on my ceilings and work outside like I just did for some old Halloween decorations that the skeletons LED lights were popped out of the skull heads eye sockets. I highly recommend it and I threw out the 2 wired guns that I had. The Ryobi battery dremel is also a must have that I love.
