ONE+ 18V Cordless Full Size Glue Gun with 3 General Purpose Glue Sticks, 2.0 Ah Battery, and Charger

I always saw glowing reviews but never bought it. After a faulty glue gun, and a missing chord for another, I finally gave in. It’s wonderful! The gun heats up quick and it’s wireless so I could get high on my wall installation to glue my quotes to the moons what were over 10 ft from the ground. I didn’t even have to dance with a chord and extension chord to stretch to make it that high. It’s a high heat so it doesn’t cool off before I could align and place the moons. Since the battery is a bit weighty it does not fall over or need a stand. I put a piece of paper down to catch the drips of glue you get with all glue guns. I didn’t not have the batteries laying around so I had to get batteries and a charger and it lived up to the glowing reviews.

Not ashamed to say this is my most used tool. Fixed my shoe, repaired some moulding, water proofed a hole where a cable was fed, strengthened my wofe’s phone charging cable, temp hold wood pieces together, small woodworking projects assembly, attaxhing magnets to things, attaching foam, etc the list goes on infinitely.

Forget dealing with those terrible folding stands found on most glue guns, this one just stands on the battery making it super quick and easy to transition between use and set down. It's about average in the time it takes to heat up, and I haven't really pushed the boundaries of run time since I use it for very small glue ups so far. Overall the glue gun is very useful and easy to use, and best of all if you already have Ryobi cordless line its really affordable. Nice touch including 3 glue sticks as well, the ones I already had were the same thickness but a little shorter though they had no issues either. This uses the normal glue stick size, not the mini.

I just bought this glue gun today and used it on a project that I couldn’t have done without it. Not having a cord is one of the best features of this tool. I just put a battery in it that I already own and it got hot within a few minutes which was actually quite surprising. The glue gun came with 3 glue sticks which I used about one and a half of already. It accepts full size glue sticks. It has an on and off switch which was very easy to use and see the light when it was on. The trigger on this was very responsive and I used two fingers to squeeze it. The tip at the end of this was very precise and the flow rate was as much glue at one time as you would ever need it too. This is very stable sitting upright on a table with the battery inside of it. There wasn’t a thing I disliked about this glue gun. It absolutely met my expectations and is worth the slightly larger price tag. Please hit the thumbs up if this was helpful.

I love the convenience of a cordless tool. This glue gun is no exception. It heats up fast, and has a nice smooth action. It works well for heave duty glueing jobs.

Got this for my wife to use, she is a school teacher. I never thought anyone could have glue gun envy, but her colleagues were envious. Could not have asked for the ultimate in cordeless glue guns. Virtually she could constantly glue! Great purchase. Easy to use. Quick to heat.

This is a great glue gun. I needed more glue than my little glue gun. The big sticks of glue are perfect for arts and crafts. The tree is made with the glue gun. This is just one example of what I use it for.

We have several other Ryobi One+ tools here at work, so when I had to replace our corded glue gun, it made sense to go with this P305 cordless model. It heats at least as rapidly as the gun it replaced, and is actually better at keeping up with heavy use. The internal reservoir is apparently fairly large, because it took nearly a full glue stick to fill it before glue started coming out of the tip -- far from being a problem, this is probably one reason the gun can keep up with larger jobs. Being able to work without being tethered by a cord is a big and obvious advantage, but what I hadn't expected was the improved stability that comes from having the battery on the bottom. Our old corded glue gun was constantly tipping over and leaking glue where we didn't want it; the Ryobi stays where I put it. I halfway expected the battery to make for awkward balance, but I prefer the more substantial feeling the added weight provides. This glue gun is remarkably drip free, largely because it is sitting level and not pointing downward. The trigger is large and makes for easy control: even with stiff fingers, it is easy to use. All but the very end of the tip is shrouded with what appears to be silicone rubber, so there is less exposed hot metal to accidentally touch. I can't think of any downsides to the P305, though it might have been harder to justify the cost if we didn't already have the batteries and chargers. But since we already have a number of tools in the system, it's an excellent addition -- if I need to replace my glue gun at home, this will be my first choice.

This is a great tool. It heats up quickly and lasts for quite a while on a compact 1.3Ah battery. I've run mine for 30 minutes and still had power to spare. It can put out a tremendous amount of glue very quickly. It does drip quite a bit but I suppose there's not much that can be done about that. Being able to go anywhere with it and not worry about plugging in is a great feature. For some reason, Home Depot does not allow ordering this item online. You can only get them at your local store. Very strange that this limitation doesn't seem to affect other Ryobi tools.

The glue gun heats up fast for small projects. I say small project because, the the 2 amp hour battery only last 10 minutes. The 10 amp hour battery is to heavy to keep picking up.
