So disappointed! Nozzle Head Broke 1st use
I got this tool for Mother's Day and I was so excited, but just as quickly disappointed. The plastic nozzle head that connects to the water hose broke after the first minutes of use. I'm so disappointed! I would also add that it does not have the strength to pressure wash a stone or brick walkway. I would use it for other things, but it would be perfect if it had more power, and if the nozzle head plastic was not so weak. Ryobi should make a metal nozzle head.

Small and quick jobs
Do yourself a favor and replace the quick connect with a metal quick connect. You will break the plastic one on. This a weak spot in their design. Once you replace the quick connect wrap the hose to prevent stressing the connection. See image..

Wasp killer
I definitely dont use it for what it was intended for. As a pressure of any kind this thing sucks. But as a wasp killing machine it is amazing. Has more than enough range to spray them with dawn and water. Buying another.

Could be the right product for your needs
The power is somewhere between an electric power washer and the jet settling on a garden hose. It’s GREAT for travel use (camping… I assume boating, etc) and close range jobs like washing the car.. trailer or anything that you don’t feel requires the effort of dragging out and hooking up the big power washer for, but needs more pressure than a garden hose. A distance spray is not what this is good for. Also, the quick connect fitting broke on the third garden hose use. BUT, it’s a common size of fittings available in garden centres so I replaced it with a brass one… all good.

Decent Product, Though it did Break
I had a very similar issue to many who wrote on here- the connector piece snapped on the third use with very little reason for it to have done so. I emailed the Ryobi customer service and was surprised at how quickly I heard back. That was a little less than a week ago and the replacement part is scheduled to arrive to my house tomorrow. I bought this to clean a vinyl playground set, as well as my vinyl siding for the house and for $79 (I already had a few of the 18v batteries when I purchased it) it did what I would have hoped it would do while it was working. I am hoping that the replacement connector will not break like the original one, but I was happy with the response from Ryobi thus far after reading a number of people couldn't get parts earlier in the year, so I hope it will work out for me since I've caught the power washing bug!

Do not buy this product
This product is poorly designed. The nozzle head connected to the water hose broke after one use, It is totally useless. The pressure generated by the battery power is not stronger then a sturdy sprinkler nozzle. The power lasted only 15 minutes of use and must be recharged.

Good product, bad quality control
The "Turbo" nozzle has some alignment issues, the rubber part is blocking the water exit of the nozzle, resulting in a much-scattered current and much less pressure, which is not "Turbo" anymore.
I am sure it's a good product, with so many positive reviews here. But due to the bad quality control, I have to deal with customer service right now
