RYOBI introduces the 18V ONE+ Lithium-Ion Cordless Combo Kit (3-Tool) with (1) 1.5 Ah Battery, and Charger. The Drill/Driver has a 1/2 in. heavy duty single sleeve keyless chuck with 24-position clutch to match your drilling and driving needs. The Circular Saw has front pommel handle for 2-handed operation and a left side blade for better cutline visibility. The Reciprocating Saw includes a variable speed trigger to provide more control while cutting a variety of materials. Best of all, this combo kit is a part of the RYOBI ONE+ System of over 280 Cordless Products that all work on the same battery platform. Slice up an old treadmill? No prob!
I was left with the whole bottom of an old treadmill after unscrewing as many pieces as I could dismantle. The bottom frame with motor was still pretty hefty but this tool, with two Diablo blades (one for thick metal and one for wood) and one 6ah battery took care of the rest no problem (on just one battery charge)! I couldn't believe how well it worked on something so sturdy—the thick, steel frame especially. I love the freedom of cordless and the bigger battery handled the job like a champ!

ryobi saw
this would be the 5th ryobi saw i bought, in 20 years. it has lots of power, its portable, runs on any battery ryobi sells. i have 6 batteries. only had one battery go bad in 20 years.

Year old and already broken with light use!
I've owned this saw for just over a year and up until now it was performing well. Just started cutting a wood pallet and the connection point that holds the blade has sheared off, making the unit unusable. Not very happy as this has completely shutdown my project.

I only use duty
drive that has failed in exactly the same way. The head that holds the blade breaks off completely and renders the unit useless, but also makes it nearly impossible to retrieve the blade, so it doesn't work anymore it's crap!

Light duty use only
Second unit that has failed in the exact same way. Head that holds blade completely breaks off rendering unit useless but also makes it almost impossible to retrieve your blade as well!!

Item came used
This reciprocating saw came used very disappointed. There was saw dust all over it. I attached photo to show. This was after I lightly blow some of it off. I'm not sure how this pass quality control. But other then that this saw does the job just wish I knew it was used.

Weak point is the blade sleeve.
In less than a month ive snapped two sleeve locks. Its cuts great until it cant no more.
