What is the difference between the PBLID02B and the PBLID04B?

Why are the Ryobi impact drivers so under powered compared to Milwaukee m18 fuel
First is price, Ryobi is cheaper by far. Secondly I have not found anything that the newest modals can’t do. Maybe there are extreme things but, I have been impressed.
