I inserted the battery, I started cutting the tool ran for a brief period then shut off. It would not restart until I took the battery out of the slot and then reinserted it. Upon reinstalling it the saw ran and then it would stop again??

what tool?? is needed to get the cover off on the side of the oil reservoir??? I'm trying to clean a spill. The allen wrench only goes in so deep, only able to remove 2 screws out of of 4.

I can't get mine to start. I have a fully charged battery and filled up the oil. What do I do? It does look like some bar and chain oil got into the battery connection. Would that affect it?

Specs say the weight is 8.7 lbs. Is that with or without the 6 amp battery? If it is without, what is the weight with the 6 amp battery attached?
