Is this impact rated? Can I use it with an impact driver, or is it only for use with a drill?

According to Rigid and Ryobi Customer Service "The jobmax (Rigid) and the jobplus (Ryobi) heads are compatible with each other." Rigid has a decent variety of heads including an impact rated head. This would require you to purchase the Ryobi JobPlus tool (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ryobi-18-Volt-ONE-JobPlus-Base-with-Multi-Tool-Attachment-Tool-Only-P340/202868525) or the Rigid JobMax (https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-JobMax-18-Volt-Console-Multi-Tool-Tool-Only-R862004/203371437) keeping in mind the batteries you may currently have as Ryobi and Rigid are different. Yes, there is no gear reduction so one turn of the drive results in one turn of the chuck.

The description says the you can use this with a 3/8" drill (or larger) but a number of reviewers have indicated that it will only work with a 1/2" drill. One of the photos show it being used with a cordless drill (which I know are 3/8") so which is correct? If I can only use it with a 1/2" drill then it's use becomes pretty limited
