Cheap, but still not worth buying
First, the bits are extremely difficult to remove from the case. Second, the case isn't marked for the drill sizes so you don't know what you're getting until it's out of the case. Third, apparently the bits are just glued into the hex portion. When one of my bits bit into what I was drilling, the bit stopped while the hex kept spinning, making it useless. I pulled the drill from the hex with pliers. My Ryobi set from 10+ years ago was great, which is why I bought this set. Not again.

    Poor Quality Control
I discarded more than half of these bits because they exhibited intense bit wobble. Of the ones I deemed to be straight enough to use, another two bits I discarded after drilling less than 10 holes because they were already dull. For $20 I thought I was getting a deal compared to the $40 23pc Milwaukee set, but for half the cost I got less than half the usable bits. Sometimes you get what you pay for, so I recommend not paying for this.

          Sharpness does not last
These are pretty cheap bits but the price shows in the quality. They do not stay sharp for very long and need to be replaced quickly. None have broken on me yet though.

            Don't waste your money.
After the 7th or 8th hole the bit separated from the sleeve while in the board I had to get a pair of vice grips and back it out. this is the second Ryobi drill bit set I've gotten the first being a 90 piece drilling and driving kit that I've had problems with the bits. do not waste your money on Ryobi bits, I got the Platinum ones and spent the extra money thinking they would be better than the first set I had I was wrong.

              questionable quality metal
Like several other reviewers, I quickly learned that these drill bits are made of a very inferior metal. There's just enough of a hard coating to make drilling into soft steel possible, but the base metal is way too soft and weak (see the attached photo.) They might be worth $5 on the clearance rack, but only because of the case. After this experience, I'll be steering clear of anything with the Ryobi name on it.

Total Crap. Avoid like the plague
Titanium is just a fancy word (metal). Broken off in multiple materials. Dont buy. Complete crap

RYOBI Titanium Drill Bit Kit (22-Piece) - 1/8" overly hardened drill bits break like glass
I figured by buying from RYOBI brand I'd get more than one time use out of these drills. Attempting to drill 18ga mild steel, I easily broke two of the 1/8" drills as if they were made of glass. I'm not a clumsy hack and have had "lesser" quality drills last years and go dull before breaking. However, I should have known based on the price - you get what you pay for. I do not recommend these at all. I am now in search of a better quality set and realize I need to pay more for it.
