Questions & Answers

Can I use these on brick without messing them up?

Asked by Suzy July 15, 2017

These are high speed bits designed for wood, aluminum or mild steel. They are not designed for brick. If you are drilling brick buy a masonry bit

Asked by trs March 10, 2016

Trs, I`m not sure what the tec 4 is but it seems it was a small battery drill for screws if so no they will not work. Sorry, You might ask the clerk in the tool section. He can tell you for sure.

All you could want at a better price!

1/16 bit broke the first time I used it.
The first time I used these with my ONE+ Ryobi 18v drill, the 1/16 bit snapped in half. I'm pretty sure I was drilling straight in and out. You'd think Melamine-coated particle board wouldn't be that tough. We'll see how the other bits hold up. I still love the ONE+ 6-piece tool set, though.

Sharp and Smooth
These drill bits permform great, and last long. I bought these to build a dog feeding station for my dog out of wood and they performed flawlessly. I pre drilled all holes and they had the same performace on the last hole as they did on the first hole.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would.
These are terrible. Out of the box, they would barely drill through Doug Fir. Forget about hardwoods, and don’t even think about metal. A terrible product. They break way too easy.

Nothing but the best
I needed some new drill bits and their is only one choice for me if they carry it and that is ryobi. Been using ryobi tools for years and for me there is nothing better. Great product.

Very POOR Quality
I bought this product 21-piece Titanium) and they are the worst bits I have ever owned. I only got three holes with the 3/8" bit before it got DULL and would not drill. I was also drilling a holes through aluminum with a 9/64 and on the 1st hole the bit snapped in half.

Compact set with most common bits, works well
Well designed, manages to fit all the bits I need for use around the house (2x of the most common ones) while keeping the case quite compact and not taking too much room in my tool bag. I've only used it a handful of times to drill wood and metal boxes, but they seem to cut pretty well and don't really walk. I'd give it 5 stars if it was just a tad easier to pull the bits out of the sleeve.
