Ryobi states that the Lithium 2.0 Ah Lithium Rechargeable Battery is interchangeable with all of their 2.0 Ah tools, NOT SO.....it does not interchange with the TEK4 AP4001 battery......

RYOBI USB Lithium 3.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery
I got this RYOBI USB Lithium 3.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery so I would have a second battery for for my Ryobi power cutter. It came with a 2 amp hour battery and this one has a larger capacity at 3 amp hours. I love that I can use these batteries to charge my cell phone in an emergency. The battery lasts a long time and charges pretty quickly. Definitely recommend.

Small yet mighty!
This new 4v battery is the perfect upgrade for 4v devices as you can now expand your run time. This has come in quite handy this summer with the added juice powering my 4v fan for longer. The 3ah battery is the same physical size as the 2ah, so I had no issues using the larger ah battery with my other 4v devices. Essentially, the battery is just slightly heavier when compared to the 2ah battery.
The 3ah battery now features a battery status indicator and the ability to act as a power bank for other devices outside of the Ryobi system (using the charging port as an outbound power source).
The new battery charge level indicator is somewhat helpful, but you only get 3 indicators, green for full, orange for half, and red for empty. The indicator doesn't provide much info on how much charge is left, but it will prevent you from accidentally grabbing an empty battery.
According to my phone's charging approximator (Google Pixel 6) the Ryobi battery would take 3hrs from empty to full. However, the Ryobi battery will only charge my phone 30% before being fully depleted. I also did note that the battery does get hot when charging my cellphone.
Overall, as an upgraded 4v battery it does a great job for its intended purpose, and the power bank feature will work great in a pinch/emergency, but I can't say I would recommend this as a dedicated battery pack for charging.

This battery is different in that it can charge other devices.
This battery is different from other rechargeable batteries in that it can charge other devices. I measured the output voltage of the USB-C jack with my electronics test bench setup. The results where 5.16 Volts with no load and 4.8 Volts with a 4 Ohm load. I calculated the current flow during this test and the result is 1.2 amps. I weighed the battery on my scale and it weighed in at 2.2 ounces. The 2Ah Ryobi RVB01 that I have, which is the same size and shape, also weighs 2.2 ounces.

Ryobi FVB03 USB Battery
A small and convenient USB Lithium battery by Ryobi. I’m using this battery as a mobile phone charger. The battery is well made, has LED indicator for battery fuel gauge; green indicator light 66%-100%, orange indicator light 26%-55% and red indicator light 1%-25%. The size of this battery is three inches in length and one inch in width, which is great size. The battery takes approximately two and one half hours to three hours to fully charge. A USB-C cable is required to charge the battery and any device you plan to charge. I purchased a USB-C to USB-A to charge the battery and I had a USB-C to lightning cable to charge my phones. This battery can be used in Ryobi USB Lithium System Tools. Overall I like how small this battery is, it makes it easy to carry and charge my phone while on the go.

Go longer with 3Ah
This Ryobi USB lithium claims 50% more runtime, which is probably true since it is comparing the runtime of the new 3Ah battery to the older 2Ah. These only fit the Ryobi USB Lithium designated tools and cannot be used to charge a cell phone as the USB-C is only for charging the battery. The kit only includes instructions and no charging cable or power adapter. What you do get is a 4V 3Ah battery with an LED SOC indicator when plugged into a charger. Green is fully charged, while yellow indicates half charged and red signifies the battery is low. I could not find any information on whether a fast charger is permissible, so I used my slow Samsung phone charger, which took several hours to fully charge the battery. During charging the battery will get warm. Once charge it ready to be dropped into correct Ryobi tool. I use it on cutter kit that only came with a 2Ah battery. Now I can swap out the depleted battery and continue working, instead of waiting for it to charge. The extra 1Ah means a longer runtime which will come in handy when cutting lots of material. The battery is UL certified and backed by a 2-year warranty. My only concern is the battery terminals are exposed with no cover or cap to protect them from being shorted out during storage. Surprising since Ryobi states the USB Lithium battery should be removed from the tool when not in use.

Small rechargeable battery
I ordered this product for my husband for his birthday. He has manyRYOBI tools and loves them. When I received this battery I was baffled. I’m used to seeing the large batteries that have a big charger. This batter is recharged with a usb-c cord ( not included). I went to the experts at the HD tool dept. i discovered that this small battery is made for a bunch of smaller tools, that I plan to pick up.
