Excellent Air Filter- would buy again!
The air filter is top notch. Excellent filtration, easy to use & sleek design. What’s not so great was Home Depot’s delivery time line. I ordered one of these air filters from the US & it arrived 7 days later from California. The air filter that I ordered from Home Depot on the same day took a month to arrive...

As other reviewers ave said there's no way to keep the light on all night if you want to. Makes it a show stopper for us so we returned it and bought another brand that we can control instead of some overzealous engineer deciding on when we can use the light. We would love it if we could use the light, like when it's dark. Doh!

The product seems to sense odor quite well although sometimes I have to wonder what it picked up. I was chosen to get an upgrade unit, and the unit still very light and very easy to pick up and move around. I haven't decided if I want to nail it on the wall yet while my original decision of buying Rabbit Air was that it has options to put it on the wall as part of decorated piece. It is a very nice feature. So far, owning the unit for about 1-2 months, it seems to do well.

I just received this product and it's been operating for a few days now. I like it, but the vent is not as wide as the other two products, 550A and 625A. I've also been having trouble with the remote control not working when I press (hard) a button to change a setting. I'll give it a few more days trial. If not happy with it, I will return and purchase the cousin model, 625A.

I'm sure it's a nice purifier, but make note of how sleep mode works.
After using an Ecoquest Breeze AT for a decade (it died) I was so excited about getting this new air purifier, thinking it would be what I was looking for to take care of the critter, food and musty smells in my house (3 cats and 2 guys) since my Breeze kicked the bucket. It started off great, easy to put the filters in the housing, etc., however when the lights go out so does the air purifier. It has a sleep mode that powers down the purifier until it barely runs so it doesn't bother you while sleeping. Ok, sounds great if I were using it in my bedroom. I'm not. So unless I want to keep a light on all night, there's no way to override it so it runs 24/7 like it should. I was so disappointed when I woke up in the morning and realized that it hadn't run all night and those familiar smells were present. I called RabbitAir and asked about it and they were sorry but that's the way it's designed. I told them I don't use it in my bedroom so it doesn't matter if it makes noise, it's downstairs. No way around it even in manual mode. So unfortunately it was returned.

I think it did okay, but will really never know.
Rabbit ran fine for the first two weeks, the fan started squeaking. It eventually got louder but not super loud. I was not going to take any chances of it getting worse so back it went. Also we could see that dust was getting around the filters into the very back where the clean air is to flow out. There isn't any type of seal around the box of filters and that defeats the whole purpose of the purifier. That's a major problem if it is going to cost from $500.00 on up. Also the charco filter has small squares but some were partially filled if not half way. Not comfortable with that either.
