The finish is peeling off. The pan is streel not aluminum. They know is advertised wrong but not enough integrity to change wording in ads. Lies in advertising.

AWESOME, the BEST, the GREATEST loaf pan you will ever use. I've been cooking for 50 years & this is A#1. I made meatloaf and only the tiniest corner had a bit stuck. Slid right out mostly. Cleans like a dream in the sink. Don't hesitate-and try to find Rachael's "meatloaf" pan that has an insert with holes to drain the fat. All I can say is BUY IT, you won't be disappointed.
