Rachael Ray is known to have coined the term "EVOO", since her love for the heart-healthy oil in her cooking preparations is pretty constant. The Rachael Ray EVOO Dispensing Bottle is uniquely designed for keeping extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) close at hand for cooking and finishing dishes. Instead of displaying a bulky bottle of oil stove-side, Rach has come up with a contemporary and playful dispensing bottle that is easy to fill, easy to hold and easy to clean. Made out of a durable stoneware that is heat resistant and dishwasher safe, the beautiful color helps keep oil in the dark to avoid oxidation and also to help preserve the flavor. The built-in handle which complements the design makes this dispensing bottle easy to grab and move about your preparation area. You no longer have to put the oil away after every meal; now you can display it proudly on your kitchen counter in this beautiful stoneware tool. Add flavor to a meal with by drizzling your favorite olive oil over a fine pasta dish or simply dab on a crostini to make a tasty little Tuscan treat. Add flavor to your kitchen with the EVOO Dispensing Bottle from Rachael Ray.

Thank you for your inquiry Lucie regarding your Stoneware Red Oil & Vinegar Dispensing Bottle. We recommend hand washing for your product to ensure lifetime use. Remove the spout. Then, fill the bottle up part way with hot – but not boiling – water, shake it up and pour it all back out. Repeat several times. A good cleaning method to try early on is liquid dish soap. Fill the bottle halfway with hot water, this time adding a few drops of dish soap, the kind you use to wash dishes in the sink. Cap the bottle or seal the top with a thumb and, once again, shake it all up well. Pour out the soapy water and rinse well. Repeat as many times as necessary, then dry the bottle by hanging it upside down. <ms>
