Crank handle broke
The crank handle broke within one week of use. Snapped off at the handle. Very disappointed.

Screen is descent. Mechanical mechanisms all work fine. Only complaint is the bottom rod is not very secure. Screen comes out of the track with the slightest wind. Not a chance it would stay attached to the screen if you were to secure it to a wall or floor using the hoops that are on it for that purpose. Had to do some modifications to it in order to keep it attached to the screen. But that was easy enough. Ended up putting a piece of rope into the track on the rod to hold the screen in place. Much like you would do if you were re-screening a window screen. So far it seems to be holding.

The shades were super easy to install and provide the much needed shade for our patio. The only issue we have found is the plugs in the end of the bottom tube that keep the tie down rings in will pull out if there is any sideways pressure.
