No. It does not stretch.
It says "recovery tow strap". Which one is it? A recovery or a tow strap?
These are heavy duty straps, they can be used for many things recovery, towing and many more. I am using them to move/cant/tilt 4 palm trees in my backyard away from power lines. Thanks, Tony
