A: The only insurance you need is the right pressure from the water source. These fittings are rated for a certain PSI and if anyone needs hose clamps they have too much pressure or didn't install correctly, and no offense I know they're hard to push in but PUSHHHH!!!
A: I used no adhesive. Had no problem. Assembles easier if hose is warm.
A: Not sure if there is an adhesive, maybe you can use pvc adhesive. I have had these installed in my sprinkler system for the last 8 years still holding strong. These are tight when installing, you need a strong wrist. I tried to remove it once I installed it to see how strong it held and ended up having to cut the poly tube. I couldn't remove it, no matter how much I pulled. I doubt any adhesive will be needed.
A: No adhesive or clamps necessary. I have used them for quite awhile for the drip system for my garden with no problems.
A: I personally thought these were a waste of money, I had to clamp each of the connections. If you are using 1/2 irrigation tubing I would recommend the Dig connectors that you push the pipe into vs inserting into the tubing, they hold much better!
A: I am sure you could use hose clamps if you wished however, I have used mine all summer for two years with just pushing the tubing on and have not had a leak.

A: These tees are to be used with a low pressure drip irrigation system. I have used them for a lawn sprinkling system that operates at normal home water pressure as well and had no problem with them coming apart. If you are using these with the standard 1/2 " ( thick or thin) tubing a little heating of the tubing from a heat gun will help get them set all the way. Be careful, You can over heat the tubing
A: I'm unclear what you are trying to connect. Are you simply connecting drip tubing, or are you looking to connect to PVC piping as well?
A: As Long As You Use Rain bird Tubing. Other Brands Of Tubing May vary in ID (Inside Dia.) Of Their Tubing.
A: No, that's the beauty of this product.
A: not if you use the pressure regulator... heat the tubing with a heat gun and you will get them on all the way to the stop flange. when I used them with a normal pressure lawn sprinkler system I have used hose clamps but not before one has become a problem
A: No. Hose clamps are not needed.
