Each roll will cover 158 sq. ft. Covering 2200 sq. ft. will require 14 rolls.
i uses to cover my hadwood floors, due to renovation
That would be a non-traditional use of this material. But very creative, and I hope it works for you!
From your description, I think not. Ram Board is sheet cardboard, like the backing of a pad of paper. It would soften and take up water from the cement, but would not "absorb a mixture of cement and sand" unless the Ram Board were re-pulped, i.e., chopped into small pieces, and mixed in.
It is .345 inch thick per description. I have used my 3 rolls three times for different projects over past 3 years. I folded the sections after the 1st use, knowing there were future projects. It is currently covering flooring during these next projects. Very durable. Hope this helps.
It's cardboard, so no.
I don’t know if Home Depot has Deliveries to PR. I would think they would know the answer to this question so I am not sure why they are asking their customers to answer it.
No, the product is not slippery at all. The texture is more like cardboard and it works very well. The product protected our wood floor 100% when we rolled a piano across it.
Yes. This is an excellent product for that purpose. There is Ram Board tape that you should also get to attach multiple pieces together. Be sure to tape just the board and not what is underneath it, if there is paint or stain on the underlying surface. Should be fine for Corian.
Hi Icarus, It is possible... with a little effort. You need to cut rectangles and them flatten out on the floor prior attaching to the wall (I guess day or so will be enough) Then make sure that one side rectangle stands on the floor and support the top (and sides) to the wall with painters tape (use widest you can get). Good luck! Do not forget to share your experience.
