The customer service representative instructed my employee to purchase something...
The customer service representative instructed my employee to purchase something different than what he was sent to purchase explaining that it was the same product but better. He was not only wrong but it cost me hours of time and labor because the loads purchased wont even fit out ramset. I know have to drive to make a return and wasn't able to accomplish the task at hand in a timely fashion cost my business hundreds of dollars.
